Beautiful house in a lovely and calm area

Laurence’s home is absolutely fantastic and the pictures do the property justice. We spent 11 nights here in September 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent here. We will be back again!

The property is well equipped with a fantastic private pool which our three young daughters really enjoyed. Andernos is a nice little town with plenty of good restaurants. There is plenty to do in the area with a variety of beaches and also a water park, zoo and other attractions in Arcachon which is about 40 mins drive.

We (two adult, two kids (11 and 13 years old) just had one week for holiday and the Villa at Andernos was a perfect place to relax. A wonderful swimming pool, enough place for everybody, equiment for the kids (trampoline, table tennis, water splash...), BBQ, enough equipment in the kitchen, a quite environment. We also did a few very nice excursion to the Bassin, to the beach at the Atlantic (15-10 min to drive) and Arcachon. So if we have had more time, we would have liked to stay longer. We really enjoyed this great week of family holiday.

We choose the house for our vacation this summer with our two children. The house and specially the pool are just perfect. We had a great vacation in this beautiful area.

The house was in perfect condition, with amply entertainment options for children such as a slide, a little playyhouse and of course a pool with many entertainment opportunities. Several alternatives to hang out and relax are grouped around the pool and create a very pleasant atmosphere. The house is located in a very nice residential area (i.e. no tourists around) and big enough to easily accomodate five to six people. The equipement is complete and the furniture way above what one can expect from a holiday house. The bedrooms are very quite (one bordering the forest). A gardener looked after the pool and the lawn during our stay, and whenever support was necessary, it came quickly from the landlord/landlady and their support people. The bay area is 7-10 minutes by bike, bakery and super market can be reached both by bike and car (less than 5 minutes drive by car, a little more by bike). In total, a great location for a perfect vacation. Not easy to top !

The house is lovely and just what is required for a family holiday. The bay is a short ride or walk away and the waves of the Atlantic a 40 minute drive. Andernos is a nice town, good market, and all the amenities. The houuse is perfectly located in a quiet residential area, kids can ride, and backs onto a wood.

The house is in perfect condition. You dont have to bring anything they have prepared the house for you, The bedroom is in front of the forest and it is very quiet. We rented bikes cause it is a bit long way to walk to and from the city.

The villa was very clean, the region is not noisy, there is a small pine forest next to the house, so the air is just great. The villa contains all the possible and impossible necessary amenities even the printer! It is quite easy to access, but better search before in the internet for the map of Andernos

Great villa, very clean and very well equipped, especially for families with little children! The outside space is brilliant with a big terrasse with BBQ, a secured pool, sandpit and swing. It is located in a lovely, quiet area of Andernos. The owners were lovely and very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay!
