Stayed Jul 1, 2024The location is great, close to various beaches, inside a golf club with great amenities. The family enjoyed the place very much, kids loved the swimming pool. Would definitely recommend the place!

Stayed Jun 26, 2022Very well maintained home in gated community in beautiful setting and natural landscape and surroundings. My wife and daughter felt very comfortable and safe for their summer staycation. Fritz, the owner, was very well organized, proactive and responsive at all times. We would certainly return if another opportunity presented itself and recommend it highly.

Stayed Jun 16, 2021Our family has such a wonderful stay (12 year old and 7 year old). The house was so beautiful, the pool was big and comfortable, and the location close to everything (beach, airport, shopping, arts and culture). Fritz was so easy to talk to; he was immediately responsive via text or phone. I can’t think of one thing that we needed that the residence did not provide. We hope to return!

The neighborhood is perfect for dog walking with very friendly neighbors , well maintained properties and the home is conveniently located. The home is spacious , nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. Fritz was a pleasure to deal with!

Stayed Jan 1, 2021We loved our month long stay at this house in University Park Country Club. The home was perfect for an extended stay - the beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, a good amount of linens and beach/pool toys for the kids. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again next year!

Stayed Dec 1, 2020The house is beautiful and has a wonderful layout. It is furnished very nicely and the bed linens are fabulous. The pool and spa were a pleasure. It is conveniently located within University Park with easy access to all amenities. The owner was nice to work with and I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental property that is very special.
