Beautiful House and Yard, Stunning View, 120' Lakefront, Covered Front Porch

Very cozy home filled with character. We wish we had the time to stay longer.

We loved your home on the lake! It was well equipped with what we needed. Upstairs was a bit cold but easier to sleep cool. The dogs had a great time running in the yard. Loved the porch facing the lake. Nice sunsets!

House location and property were wonderful, Tim was very helpful with local suggestions and things to do!

The house was pleasant though dated. Updates to towels and pillows would be helpful and since it is up for sale I suspect the next owners might do the enhancements. We enjoyed the porch especially at this time of the year.

The front porch overlooking the lake was so relaxing. Thank you for having dog gates we could put up so we could all enjoy the porch!The dogs loved swimming every day at the lake. The kitchen was super well stocked with spices, however it could use a couple new pans that don’t stick.

The classic lake house was a great getaway for a family of nine people.

Beautiful quirky house with wonderful porch. Bedrooms are large; kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals. Great neighborhood to walk or bike. Beach area was fun.

Location is great and close to wineries. We enjoyed the porch and how dog friendly the property is and location to the lake.

We came up for the weekend for my husband's graduation from Cornell. The house had a great location, beautiful views of the lake, and had all we needed for a nice time away. It was also well located for winery hopping which we did on Sunday.

This house was exactly where we wanted to be. It was quirky, fully loaded with supplies, towels, sheets, paper products, and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent site, clean home, everything you need provided, couldn't ask for more. Host was a pleasure, responded promptly to my questions and provided a wealth of information about the area. We couldn't have been happier and look forward to staying again next fall.

Older house, good location.

This house is in a perfect location- close to great wineries and restaurants. The porch had the best view ever!

Awesome property. Loved the location and the view of Keuka Lake. Just wish it was sunny. Found new wineries and a new distillery. Would love to stay here again.

This house was exactly what I wanted for a vacation with my 2 dogs! The front porch, with optional available gates, had a lovely view of Keuka Lake. The water access was just a small stroll down the driveway and hill, and my dogs couldn’t have been happier to be able to swim all day! The neighborhood was quiet and located close to lots of walking trails and wineries. My parents joined for part of the stay and were able to launch their boat at the state lake then dock it at the house. Keep in mind, the house is a little older, and shows signs of lots of use, but it’s charming and has everything you’d need in a vacation rental. I would absolutely stay again!!!

Great property for families looking for easy access to lake and surrounding areas. Host very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful vacation! Spent many hours fishing from the dock and swimming in the lake! Eben had a campfire at the lake and made smores and hot dogs over the fire. Made all our meals in the well equiped kitchen ( bring along a few microwave safe plates for the microwave), played games in the den in the evening, and slept well in the comfy beds! Our granddaughter enjoyed the swing set! Was sad to leave and already planning our return trip!

doorways covered with cob webs, front porch is covered with mosquitos there were bugs on all the window sills. the bathroom window covering which was a shutter was filthy ,look like it wasn't cleans in months. Could not use the front porch because of the bugs.then we were asked to sstrip the beds!!!!! I dont think so. we were not told the dock was on the other side of the road! whats with that?

Very nice dog-friendly home with a large porch overlooking the lake. The owner even put up the dog gates on the porch for us. The well-equipped house had a cozy feel to it and we felt right at home. Great yard with lovely gardens. Nice touches throughout with notes from the owner about the history of the area. We are already planning our next stay here!
