Beautiful home with pool, private, close to UA & Downtown, arts. Great prices!

Stayed here last year at this time. Had great time. Plenty of room. Pool great for kids. Tony was hardley around. Clean,and i would stay again

Host provides everything you could need or forget to grab from home , the only 1 thing I would say is to clean some of the spiderwebs in various areas of the property but overall experience was excellent!

Great stay!! The host was nice and easy to talk too and communicate with. Was flexible with the check in and out time which was super great and appreciated! House was clean and ready when we got here. I’m not sure how clean the sheets were, they didn’t smell super fresh but everything else was in great condition! Loved our time, thank you for opening your home to us!

Great Family vacation home, large with lots of space inside and out.The home is very eclectic inside and out, but could use a good spring cleaning and refreshing. There was just so much stuff that the property seemed cluttered. Nothing was in bad shape, just seemed that it needed a good go through. The cushions on all of the outside seating, were all worn and torn and faded and obviously been there for years. We did not have use for all of the pool toys and such (not yet pool season and no kids), but they too needed a good sorting and cleaning and a dedicated storage space for them. This is a perfect place for families to enjoy the outside space, grilling and hanging out. There was just 2 of us and having the inside and outside space allowed for together and individual space. The location was perfect, it was private yet close to everything that you need. Tony was easy to chat with and very responsive. Overall, absolutely YES I would go back. Sometimes :less is better and a good spring cleaning inside and out would make this a 10 out of 10.

Host was wonderful- responded to questions right away. Plenty of space, everything we needed was there. Very close to conveniences. We enjoyed the koi pond and private pool and hot tub. Made a fire in the fireplace every night. There were only two people on this trip but Tony’s place would be fun for a group as well.

We had a great time at Tony's place. It is spacious, has everything we needed, and Tony responded immediately to any questions we had. This would be a solid choice for small groups, with accommodations for several people. There are lots of things to do on the property, a pool, hot tub, lounging areas, an outdoor TV, and the property, while quite private, is close to the heart of Tucson. We hope to return on our next trip to Tucson.

Our host Tony was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Spacious home worked well for our family stay. Bedrooms with sliding doors opening to patio were ideal for awakening to beautiful sunrises!

My family & I loved the house. Incredible city & mountain views day & night. It was very private with plenty of space to hang out, relax, play games & eat outside. We enjoyed the hot tub & feeding the fish in the Koi pond. Tony is a very responsive & nice host.

Very well equipped house, plenty of towels, utensils and cookware. Enough room to spread out, conveniently located for our purpose. Unable to enjoy the pool due to weather, had a great stay regardless.

This was an A host. We hope to revisit the facility in the future. Had a great visit and celebrated a.family.member's 100th.nirthday.

Truly enjoyed the stay. Private, in the middle of the city. Everything we needed was provided. A great place for a large group to stay.

Everything was just as stated. We enjoyed the properly. It was a great location an hour or less from everything we wanted to visit. Groceries and restaurants close by. The only thing that was a challenge was the TV set up.

Everything worked out great for us, the house was comfortable and set up great for our needs.

Had a wonderful time-this house offers so much. Would definitely stay here again!! The owner, Tony, was very responsive and on top of everything. He was ver accommodating. We had a large group and all of us were so happy with this home. Thanks Tony!!

4 adults and one dog for 2 weeks (April/May). Had a great time. Lots of room inside and out. No need to bring any towels as the host, Tony, had each bathroom well stocked. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are large, each with an ensuite. Bathrooms are well stocked with soaps and shampoos et al. Backyard area by the pool is spacious. It faces north but the pool area gets sun all day. There is also a large shaded area by the pool as the sun is quite strong and it did get hot which made the pool very refreshing. There are two dining tables outside, one in the shade, the other in the sun. There are loungers, chairs and cushions everywhere. For those that BBQ, there is a propane and a charcoal BBQ. Tony provided charcoal briquettes and there was an extra propane tank. The front yard faces the koi pond. It was relaxing to sit by the pond in the evening. Great property for bird watching. Tony was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd recommend this property and host 100%.

My friends and I stayed here for 10 days. The place was perfect for our group. We spent some beautiful nights around the chimnea on the back private patio, nightly use of the hot tub was great. It was too cold to use the pool, but a few of the boys took a VERY quick dip...lol. The host Tony was very responsive to all inquiries. I highly recommend this place. I'm sure we will be back at some time in the future. Diane

Our stay was delightful. Exactly what we needed. It accommodated everyone. It was in a great location and quiet.

Well equipped, clean and fun. Outdoor space was wonderful and utilized for the entire stay. Kitchen had all the basics, check in/out was easy. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Tony!

Great amenities and lots of space. Wish the pool had a hand rail at the steps. It was difficult for my grandma to use the pool.
