Beautiful Home with Partial Gulf View, WiFi, Enclosed Yard, & Community Pool

The property is close to the beach and is located in a residential location so not too crowded. But, there were so many things wrong with this property, I don't even know where to begin. The air conditioning did not work properly. It when up to 84 degrees by 3 or 4 in the afternoon and did not cool to 74 until 5 or 6 in the morning regardless of what you set on the thermostat. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and even though they provide small tower fans, it was very hot. A gentleman came out to check it but he said there was nothing he could do to fix it. The key to the pool was missing, and although we contacted the management company, and were assured one would be brought by, it never was. A kind woman let us into the pool the first day but the water was super hot and not refreshing at all. The drains in the shower and tub drain way too slowly so you have to stand in dirty water while bathing. They only provided one trash bag for the kitchen. They did not provide anything to wipe kitchen counter, sink or stove. They only provided a roll of paper towels so you had to just use water. If you want beach chairs or an umbrella, you must bring them from home, since the property does not provide any and that part of the beach does not have any to rent. The property has potential but it needs work and better cleaning and management.

The house was easy to find and was clean. It was perfect for my son and I who were there for a fishing trip.

A bit small , especially with the bulky furniture in the master, but fine for 4 people. Clean and comfortable inside. Neighborhood pool was a nice bonus.

Very comfortable, very clean. Amenities were all there even though we didn’t know use them all,such as the grill or the neighborhood pool. It’s ina great location and just a very, very short drive to the public beach access. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We had a really great Girl’s Trip there.

We loved our stay. Beds were super comfy. Pleanty of space. Easy checking process and not a whole bunch of stuff to do when checking out. Thank you!

Nice home that was easy access to the public beach that you could drive your car or golf cart up to. Perfect for a quick getaway. Everything worked in the home and AC always kept the house cold.

The house was nice and comfortable. It was nice we could bring our dogs. We came after Hurricane Beryl and everything was working with cold AC and good WiFi connection. The house was exactly as described. We will book again!

We enjoyed our stay there, as well as the close proximity to the beach. There was a nice porch (but bring bugspray!!), plenty of clean towels and a washer and dryer. We appreciated having dishwasher, laundry, and bath soap available. Great place to spend a weekend!

Great house. The key pad lock was tricky and had to try 2 to 3 times each time to make it lock or unlock. The key to the pool was missing so we weren't able to access the pool. Close to the beach, clean and comfortable. It was a nice vacation.

Pros:This is really cute and not far from things happening. You can drive to the beach in about two minutes park and then walk and enjoy.. the neighborhood pool is not super big, but there were very few people there and it was lovely. My husband fished off the pier and did pretty well. I love the little touches in the home that made you feel welcomed. Everyone at Vacasa was really sweet and the maintenance man came to fix several things very quickly. The sunsets are stunning! Cons: it had a couple of lights burn out, batteries were missing from some of the remotes, the yard could’ve been picked up better. There was a cushion missing off of one balcony lawn chair, and the other one was ripped, the shared bathroom does not drain well. overall: I would rent this house again. We had a really nice time.?

Overall excellent scenery and location The home is in a great neighborhood with quiet friendly neighbors and a quick trip to the beach. The fenced yard is a great plus for pups. However, if you have smaller pups, the top deck on the front (the street side) has a few spots in the railing with missing and loose boards that make it VERY dangerous for a small dog. Also a few boards on the deck itself were popping up in places, making it a safety concern for tripping/falling. The guest bedroom floor had large wads of pet hair in places. The master shower had hair in the sliding door railing and on baseboards and corners. The thing is this property provided no cleaning supplies for kitchen or bath to touch up during your stay, only dish soap, a couple of pods for washing clothes, and not enough trash bags. So be prepared to get your own cleaning supplies. You may want to bring your own toilet paper as well. It is the cheapest toilet paper on the planet…only one extra roll to be found between two bathrooms! The kitchen had utensils and pots and pans , blenders , Keurig etc. No seasonings, sugar, creamer for coffee were provided. You are on your own there once again. The master bathroom is tiny, you may end up using the guest bath just to have room for your toiletries and such. Just some very noticeable issues that can be easily corrected with just a little attention to detail. All in all it was a good stay.

The place is nice and clean with a pretty decent partial beach view.
