Beautiful Home with Ocean Lake and Mountain Views Gas Grill and Free WiFi

The house was clean and stocked with plenty of comforts. Some of the outdoor furniture could be replaced and the outside sliding door stuck but we enjoyed our stay. Fun little town.

Beautiful house, beautiful views, NEGLECTED. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Each bedroom has individual heaters. Good working order.House furniture is cute as are the decorative touches. Lots of room, big house.Carpet is dirty and reeks. Even the tea kettle is missing its whistle/top. Fridge chill water dispenser is broken for, what I could see on the VACASA (property managers) website, about 6 months. Gas grill looks neglected. Some window screens are dirty and bottom of some window frames are simply dirty/gross. Linnens for beds are old, thin and pilling badly. Dryer sounds louder than a rock tumbler.Exterior is full of webs and dead bugs. All exterior lights were not working, with the exception of 2 lights over the garage door.Master bathroom was out of conditioner and body wash upon arrival. Bed linnens old, thin and pilling, some stained.Very steep road, difficult to negotiate at night.Steep steps to the downstairs bedrooms. Pics attached.I wanted to like this place. Its a big house with lots of room.

This is a nice property with great views. However, it is older and could use some updating. The Roku TV's and WiFi are a welcome upgrade. Bring your streaming passwords.

The view was amazing although from the online listing it looked like the property was closer to the beach. Nice place very comfortable and clean.

Beautiful views. Property needs attention. Front is covered with cobwebs and bug carcasses. Steps need railings. Under kitchen sink is gross. Dirty and has mouse bait. Eww! Linens are worn and some are stained. Steps to basement are dirty. Contacted central Vaasa for batteries for room fan remote. They never delivered. The local Vacasa delivered within hours!

Dishes were not washed-food still on some pans.,human hair on floor, tvs in bdrms didn’t work, blood stained sheets on master bed We arrived late in day or else we would’ve left that night. We left in morning, could stay there, Requested refund for 2 of the 3 night we were to stay there. NO RESSPONSE!! It’s unfortunate , we are retired women and have limited funds-no word at all!

The property has a spectacular view, its about 1.5 hrs from Lincoln city, Tillamook creamery is only 15 min away. The master bathroom was awsome with a big shower. The house has seen better times and could you a bit more remodeling /cleaning. We found hair on the sheets and towels which we had to rewash. The utensils are so outdated i did not apriciate using them. The whole kitchen needs to be replaced, pans, plate, utensils, all of it.

Property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our group of three kids, three adults. We loved watching the sunset from the deck. Kitchen was amply supplied with appliances and utensils for making meals. We loved the ocean view and being high up on the hill but conveniently located to town.

Absolutely no complaints! This property was gorgeous. The views were amazing and the pics don’t do it justice. House was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and beds were very comfortable! Loved it!!

Was very comfortable for our family group and the view was just spectacular!
