Stayed Dec 30, 2025This was the perfect location for our family. Just steps to the beach and a heated pool. We really enjoyed our stay. The second floor master bedroom was a little light at night due to the street light outside, but we had a wonderful time.

The property managers were wonderful and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. I would recommend this to anyone who has a family that needs plenty of space. Stayed Jun 1, 2025House was great and a very short walk from the beach. Great having the pool to relax in after a long day at the beach. Property also had a lot of supplied to bring to the beach including umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc. There was no propane in the tank when we arrived but management co quickly remedied what might have been a disaster since we planned to drill out our first day there.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025We had a wonderful time at Mermaids Playground. The layout of the house was perfect for us when we had family visit the first week we were there. The proximity to the beach was great! Lots of good restaurants were conveniently located. Communication with Great Oceans was always very timely, friendly and courteous. We look forward to our next vacation at Mermaids Playground again.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024We had a good time celebrating Christmas at the beach as a Family. The property has a beautiful gathering area out back, with a fun heated pool. Plenty of plates, towels and cooking materials. Only complaint I have is that there was no indoor stairs to the upstairs to stay connected to the first floor. It felt a little too divided. Wish I knew that at the time of booking. Still an awesome place to stay with a large group.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024We loved our stay at this property. Facility was as described and the location could not have been better. Wish I would have discovered the key to the closet where the beach gear and bikes are stored sooner. Would have been helpful if this was noted in the check-in instructions or the property guidelines.
