Beautiful Home with Gamers Paradise Game Room!

Thank you Fredy and Jessica for sharing your lovely home with our family. Your home is perfectly located - ski slopes, tubing park, waterpark and wonderful restaurants are all close by. The kids enjoyed the game room!

Our host was great! The house was in a great location. The teenagers enjoyed the game room. The beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.

We loved every part of the house. The kids and the adults all had a blast.

Perfect space for two families and a grandmother. One family upstairs, one downstairs, which made different children’s bedtimes smooth and easy. Glad the awesome game room is on the main living area making supervision easy! Lots of fun family activities close by. Fully outfitted kitchen and plenty of table space for eating, crafts, and puzzles with little ones.

Wonderful house for a multifamily Thanksgiving holiday. Everything that we needed to cook the TG dinner was there. Plenty of space, everything works, warm (and quiet!) heating, etc. The kids (teenagers) especially liked the game room and the ability to do karaoke. The parents appreciated the sound-proofing door to the game room, which kept everyone happy. Outstanding communication with the owners. Very grateful for the late checkout that was offered.A

This house was wonderful and met all our needs. It is extremely modernized with all the latest technology. The bedrooms were established to fully support remote work. The monitors, chargers and cables were in place. The game room was fantastic for us and our adult children. The house was much more stocked than I expected. The outdoor living spaces is wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and hosts were superb!

The fire pit was a beautiful and a great setting for an evening glass od wine. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy. And oh the game room, so much fun.Bedroom room space was great and just what we needed with 7 adults.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The game room was a hit with the kids and adults! The house had everything we needed for 6 adults and 4 young kids ages 11 months to 5 years. The resort was great! We spent a day at the water park and had a ball! The kids enjoyed gem mining and the mountain slide at the adventure park. The Arboretum on the JMU campus and White Oak Lavender Farm & The Purple WOLF Vineyard are musts! Freddy, the host, was readily available with any questions we had. We would definitely book this home again!

We stayed here 9 nights and it was a delight!  The first day we ran into some hiccups, but the host was awesome and remedied everything quickly.  The game room was the highlight of our visit as there was something for everyone.  We love to cook and there were plenty of dishes and cookware to accommodate. Their coffee machine uses ground coffee or k-cups.  Check-in and out was very easy. The location is great.  The views were amazing. This was a very Zen vacation for us, which is exactly what we needed.  We would absolutely stay here again! We really enjoyed this property. The game room was a big hit with the grandchildren. Lots of space for everyone and plenty of sleeping areas. Highly recommend this property for families looking for quality time together!

We had a great stay. Minutes from the water park and close to all other resort amenities. Local restaurants not to far away. Beautiful mountain view and wildlife. The kids enjoyed the game room and we all had a great time.

The house was well suited for a house away from home Lots of amenities provided, bedding, towels, dishes, Keurig, air fryer, dishwasher, games, and toys. Parking adequate for 3-4 cars. Great location to resort and Water park

Plenty of space for several adult couples. Good size kitchen and large dining table. Nice outdoor space. Enjoyed our stay.

We had an awesome Spring Break getaway at the Beautiful S'more property. The location and amenities were perfect. The kids practically lived in that game room. They were up early and stayed up late enjoying the various games. We also used the convenient outdoor grill for preparing food. The outdoor ambience was nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to the property owners for the nice accommodations and their quick response when communicating.

We had an excellent time staying at this awesome house! This was our second stay and the owners had upgraded more things this past year. This house comes with an amazingly large game room, spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen. With good weather, you can take advantage of the newly installed fire pit and deck areas. Great owners and great house!

This property was perfect for our family getaway! Everyone enjoyed the game room, and we also had fun grilling on the upper deck. The location of this property was perfect as well, close to the tubing area and the waterpark.

House was clean and spacious. Game room was a big hit with my grandsons. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and serving bowls. The washer and dryer was surely a plus. We didn't use outdoor space due to the frigid temperatures but the deck and fire pit is available. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

This home was a great layout for our extended family stay. One full bedroom and bathroom in the basement, with the workout area and sitting room. 3 other bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. 1/2 bath on main level with kitchen, dining and living room. Garage has been converted to the game room, which was a big hit! Made parking multiple vehicles a bit tricky not knowing we didn't have a garage for parking, but we made it work. Nice deck and lower level fire pit (rainy weekend, but would have enjoyed these!) House is well equipped. Prior renters did not check out on time, which delayed our check in. More of an inconvenience than anything, but hosts were very accommodating. We did think this rushed the cleaners some (not their fault), and left some areas not as clean as we would prefer. Floors definitely needed a good mopping. A wet swiffer would have helped (we had an infant with us and could have used it several times). Overall, nice home, well equipped, great location. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay, with a breathtaking view and backyard full of squirrels and birds. The game room was so much fun and everything we needed was there. The hosts were easy to contact and I would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks for a great vacation!

The owners of this home have thought of everything and then some to make your stay a wonderful experience. The house has a great layout over 3 floors to give everyone privacy. The game room is the best I've seen in a rental. We will definitely return.

I was looking for a place where we can stay with my family and celebrate my son's 17th birthday. This was the best gift for him! the house was amazing ,very big and we all had space. The game room extraordinary fun! Adults got in love with the FirePit outside and with the view in the mornings. Great location to all activities in Massanuten. Fredy was so helpful and always in communication with us. The Best time ever! We are planning to come back in winter!

What a beautiful home!! Our entire family enjoyed spending time in the game room and around the firepit in the evenings. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The owners were extremely responsive and would answer our questions within a minute or two.

This was our second visit and it was even better than the first! There have been some upgrades including a beautiful new patio area for sitting out and roasting marshmallows. As we prepared to leave we all agreed that we hope our visit will be a yearly tradition!
