Stayed Mar 19, 2025The master bathroom and bedroom has a horrible smell of sewage. We ran the exhaust fans the entire time we were there but could not clear the methane gas coming into the house from the overflow drain on the jacuzzi. Both the floor level and second floor of that end of the house reeked of sewage.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025We stayed for a week with my daughter, her husband and their two kids. The house is two stories with lots of room. The first floor is spacious and the 4 bedrooms are each good sized. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home. The only drawback is the noise from Placida Road when outside by the pool.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023Amazing house in Placida. Very nice place can’t say enough about the house and layout for a family that’s wants to vacation close to Boca Grande. Renters were very nice and accommodating with no issues. We will be back.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023I can't say enough about how amazing this place is! My family travels worldwide, and this is by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the owners could not be more accommodating. The beaches are beautiful, and the ease of getting to restaurants, etc., was superior! We will travel back here to enjoy this fantastic place again!
