Beautiful Home Private Pool, Game Room, and Close to Beach!

Great stay, just a few blocks from beautiful beach access.

First week was cold and rainy so the pool was a life saver! The second week it was beautifully sunny and amazing! No complaints!

The house was well appointed, comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen. Unfortunately the pool was not working during our stay. We notified the property manager first thing in the morning our first day and they said they would take care of it. The pump was not working, the water not circulating, no heat, lots of debris. We went to the beach for the day, came back and nobody had fixed it. I reached out again and they told me that the regular schedule for pool maintenance was Tuesday and that was the earliest. They came Wednesday and told me the “repair had been approved and part ordered”. I reached out Thursday and Friday. They kept saying they would keep me updated. No fix, no update. They offered me an insignificant refund amount in exchange to sign a form that I wouldn’t leave a review, then told me that the owner didn’t agree to my requested refund amount because “he had a photo of the pool working before I checked in”. Then why approve the repair and order a part? They are lying, I believe they knew the pool was not working before I checked in. It was completely unusable. I refused the refund. We would never have rented a house without a pool and their total local of care in fixing the issue for us was maddening. Will never rent from them again.

we had a great time in AMI! There was a bit of construction in the immediately area, but did not keep us up or wake us up..... All the amenities helped with our young male adults who wanted to watch March Madness poolside. Can't wait to go back!

The house was peaceful - and had plenary of room for everyone to spread out. Close enough to the beaches and shops to spend the day out and then relax by the pool. Thank you! We love AMI

We had a great time on the island and the home was perfect for our getaway. We had multigenerational family staying with us and the bedroom on the main floor was perfect! The “younger” crowd hung out by the pool and the “older” crowd could socialize with them from the 2nd floor deck. The kitchen was perfect for eating in and the home was close enough for an easy walk to nearby restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious with a huge owners suite upstairs. We would definitely stay again - thank you!!!

This was our family’s first vacation together and it was a blast! When we arrived all adults (3 couples) and kids (4 toddlers) were able to find a place to sleep with plenty of room to add a rented crib/pack-in-play. The garage is packed with all the beach supplies needed and the pool was perfect to come back too after spending the day at the beach while the kids were napping. The service was great of all involved! The pool was cleaned twice and our grill ran out of propane and the rental property group replaced it ASAP and we didn’t miss a beat. We were able to walk to the beach with wagons of beach supplies, but highly recommend renting a golf cart for a quick ride to the beach or the meatiest grocery store. If your group likes to cook like ours, we recommend bringing or purchasing cooking supplies as the cabinets only really had the essential ingredients (salt,pepper, and sugar). If you want a nice place to stay, close to the beach, and in a family oriented location, we highly recommend renting here!!

We had a phenomenal time at this house, plenty of space for the 5 of us, and still two additional bedrooms we didn’t use. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool was a great escape after a long day at the beach! We rented bikes and had them delivered on the day of check in which was really fabulous to have and explore the island. Do not hesitate to book this property!!
