Beautiful Home Near UNC & More..Wi-Fi.2 lofts!

This property was more spacious than the pictures show. Well equipped with coffee supplies, kitchen tools, washer/dryer, etc. Beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and quiet but not walkable to businesses (within a short driving distance though.) Only had some very minor cleanliness issues with us finding previous guests' socks and some liquid stains on the walls. Overall was a great stay and would recommend to others.

So many things that I want to point out. The home is beautiful! It is so spacious. My family was able to have their own rooms and space. The home had everything we needed. The host was amazing with accommodating an earlier check in time, as we were traveling in earlier than expected, to beat Atlanta and Charlotte traffic. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything… (Walmart, restaurants, and more is so close). I loved everything about the home and the host made the space so warm and welcoming. If you need a nice place to lay your head and relax, but also have enough room for your family, this is the perfect spot! We will definitely be back again! Thanks for everything, Mandy. (Also, sorry for waking you up so early.).

This place is very nice and me and my friends enjoyed the pretty pink girly room and the nice pink couch! The house overall was a 10/10!

The property was clean, excellent location, decor was beautiful.However, the bedrooms were sparsely furnished. No place to set opened suitcases and the master bedroom was the only room that had night stands. The kitchen was sparesly supplied/ no storage containers, old appliances, and unstable chairs in the the dining area. The furniture in the family was aesthetically pleasing , but fragile..

Group of 6 friends got together for a weekend at the NC Renaissance Festival. Between the two baths and half bath, we had plenty of room to get ready. Large closets to hang up our costumes.

Recently stayed at this property. Lots of space for the 6 of us. Located close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to NASCAR Hall of Fame. Airport, charlotte motor speedway and downtown Charlotte. Would certainly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The decor is stunning & the home was spotless. Very comfortable and well equipped w/ everything we’d need. My only small suggestion would be a table or furniture piece in the master- there’s very little space to set jewelry/belongings.

We stayed for many College Visits with our twin boys. We all absolutely loved the amenities in this house and did not want to leave. The house was very clean and we seriously could not ask for more. I hope we can stay again, we would not hesitate to stay nor to pass the word on this rental. Absolutely fantastic!

Everything was just as they said it would be. We had quick responses from our host on our questions. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Neighborhood was very quiet too.
