Our cozy home, situated on over an acre of land, offers direct access to the Adirondack Bike Path just south of the village. The house is only available on a weekly basis with check-ins and check-outs on Saturdays beginning Saturday, July 6 through Saturday, August 24. It's conveniently located within a mile's walk or ride to Million Dollar Beach. Nearby, you'll find miniature golf, convenience stores, and restaurants, all within walking distance.

Parking is available for three vehicles. The neighborhood is quiet, located at the end of a private road. Only two other homes owned by us are visible from the cabin. The road runs parallel to the Adirondack bike path, and the home is surrounded by dozens of acres of wooded area. Despite being close to main roads, you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. You can hike, bike, or snowmobile right out the front door with access directly to the southern tip of Lake George and Million Dollar Beach.
The home is located between the Village of Lake George and Queensbury, just minutes from public beaches, swimming, hiking, kayaking, water skiing, restaurants, outlet shopping, boutique shopping, and downhill skiing. The bike path provides unique access to the beautiful Lake George Region with easy access to the lake and other connected trails, offering fun and adventure. You'll also find walkability to nearby restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, Magic Forest amusement park, and access to the trolley system.
We recommend getting out on the lake either by taking a dinner or scenic cruise with the Lake George Steamboat company or getting a captained boat with Custom Boat Tours & Rentals. Some of our favorite local attractions include hiking, rail biking with Revolution Rail Company, high ropes and zipline courses at Adirondack Extreme, and Natural Stone Bridge & Caves. If you’re staying a week and have some extra time, we also suggest checking out Ausable Chasm. Some of our favorite places to eat include: The Log Jam, Silo, Bistro LeRoux, and Olde Log Inn. We would love to make specific recommendations if you have any questions or requests.
We do allow one dog per stay, but it must be small to mid-size, have a great temperament, and be completely house-trained. Please disclose if you plan to bring a pet at the time of booking.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Just enjoyed a wonderful long weekend with our friends in this lovely home. Perfectly set up for 3 couples---- clean, comfy and cozy. We came to bike and hike and the location was perfect. The village and lake are a short bike ride or reasonable walk away. We enjoyed dinners in and evenings around the fire outside in lovely fall weather. Paul is a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Cleanliness regarding kitchen, bath & overall was good. However the windows were not clean & difficult to open. There was a mile smell that permeated the LR, Master BR & sun porch. They put a dehumidifier in the LR but it requires frequent emptying. The hostess supplied clean linens, hand & dish soap & some other kitchen needs. The kitchen was well stocked, the refrigerator was clean as was the stove.

Stayed Sep 25, 2025This pet- friendly home is clean, attractive and comfortable. It is very well situated just south of Lake George Village's downtown, so it' convenient but away from the crowds. The appliances and TV's all worked well. The yard is great for the dogs. Although we didn't use them, the fireplace in the living room and fire pit looked good. There is even a basketball hoop in the driveway Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful setting, we loved the fire pit and property. Also, the owners gave great recommendations - Log Jam and Silo were great, fun restaurants. I highly recommend this rental.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We had a fabulous time at Paul's house. The location was perfect... private and in the woods but close to everything in town. The grounds were perfect for my two grandchildren and two dogs to run around! It location of the bedrooms was great . My son, daughter in law and their children stayed on one end of the house and my husband and I on the other side. I would definitely rent this house again!

Stayed May 16, 2025Nice cabin like feeling, very spacious and clean, everything you need in a kitchen and much more throughout the house. Paul was there to help us with turning on the air conditioner and nice of him making sure if we need anything to let him know. love that it’s secluded but very close to the village. We celebrated my husband birthday with our son & girlfriend, we have nice memories now to this place. We definitely will come back.
