This home is under 24-hour exterior video surveillance. Failure to comply with the rental agreement policies and rules will result in immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of all paid fees. Owner reserves the right to view cameras.

Guest Access
You will have full access to the garage for parking and can park up to three additional cars in the driveway. There is no street parking permitted.

*Wireless Internet is provided and shall remain on at all times. This includes the security system and cameras.
*Garage parking is available as well as 3 parking spots in the driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
*Pool maintenance is done on a weekly basis.
*Guests are responsible for any damage to this property and its contents.
*No lawn furniture on turf. Must stay on pool deck and patio.
