Beautiful home in Silver Lake Hills. 360 Views

Lovely, clean, well designed home in a great location with amazing views for a good price. Great beds and amazing TVs in two of the four bedrooms and the living room. Great bathrooms and very useable kitchen and dining area. 3 balconies/ decks- two off bedrooms and one off the dining room. The host was very responsive and good to work with. What should have been disclosed in the listing is that the house resides in an construction site. The side and back of the property is a dirt pit with exposed rebar and retaining walls under construction with gravel, wood and construction equipment all over. Half the driveway is unusable for a regular sized car to park due to active excavation with metal plates unsafely placed to cover it. There is a temporary handrail at the entrance which is less than secure. We were four healthy middle aged male college friends that all agreed if we brought our spouses we would not have been able to remain due to the condition of the grounds, entryway and driveway. Perhaps the price reflected the construction state but none of this was disclosed until arrival day.

The house was spacious and had everything we needed (with the exception of a few needed ktichen items) and fantastic views from that terrace. That is a great hang spot. We had a lovely stay, and thank you!

Great place! My family enjoyed the stay and the inside was nicely furnished. Communication with the host was easy. The place will look much nicer with great views once the construction outside the property is complete.

Really beautiful and comfortable home. House is on a big hill with a beautiful view! There is a bit of construction around the house, but no real noise or inconvenience . The owner was very nice and accommodating when we needed to extend. It was a lovely stay.

A very beautiful home. The interior was amazing. Balconies for night views. The jacuzzi bath tub added to the great experience. The challenge was parking for my truck & trailer, but anyone with a regular vehicle would be ok.

Lots of options - food/cafes around Silverlake. Property is on a top of a steep hill.

What an awesome place! The location was perfect, the owner was extremely easy to work with and always very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend and will likely be staying here again!

This modern house on the hills of Silverlake was perfect for a stay in Los Angeles close to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Communication before and during was excellent. One note is that the street leading to the house is very steep. Would highly recommend!
