Stayed Jan 28, 2021The house is beautiful and well appointed. Everything is new and in great shape. Fabulous heated pool with hot tub. There is also a fire pit with six very comfortable chairs to lounge around. Premium BBQ grill ( 5 burners and side burner ) with large exhaust fan system is also included. Riverwood is a great community which has a different food truck show up one night every week at the community center. There is also a farm market one day a week, a fresh fish vendor and a pastry guy who come on different days. All in all wonderful. I have no negatives but Christopher could post a few more pictures to better show off his home. Probably would have rented again next year but it was already booked by the time we started our stay. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay in Port Charlotte.

Stayed Mar 1, 2020We could not have asked for more in this beautiful, immaculately kept home. Never wanted to leave. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning next year!
