Stayed Jul 15, 2024Unfortunately, we stayed during the hottest summer in Phoenix, but the house was clean and had all that we needed. People generally were friendly in PebbleCreek, and the location was close to stores, restaurants and I-10 for everything else.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Su comfortably furnished and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was like never leaving the comfort of home. Great location in a gated community full of pleasant people. We could not have found a better place in West Phoenix. We would definitely stay there again!!

Stayed Mar 1, 2023This property is portrayed accurately in the listing and the accompanying pictures and is nicely decorated. It was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. Closets contained several extra pillows and blankets; there are extra sets of sheets for all the beds also. The check-in process was hands-free and easy. On arrival we found a very nice tray of snacks and goodies in the kitchen (granola, granola bars, microwave popcorn, bottled water, and the like). The bathrooms were well stocked with the necessities, the towels were new, fluffy and absorbent. The Master Bath included a basket that included sunscreen, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, extra toothbrushes - another nice touch. The appliances in the kitchen are newer, clean and all function properly. There is a full-sized washer and dryer and a two car garage. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries before the rental period and checked in on us via text a few days after our arrival to see if all was well. Renters have access to all the amenities at Pebble Creek which was one of our main reasons for selecting this property. The Pebble Creek community is well cared for with tons to do. We'd recommend this property for your stay in Goodyear.
