Stayed Dec 31, 1969Average furnishings thru out house . Property needs some TLC. Outdoor patio chairs need new cushions. Very little supplies provided in kitchen. No hot pads, no spices, limited storage containers & minimal pots & pans. No cleaning supplies provided for longer stays along with minimal toilet paper, Kleenex & dishwasher soap. Instructions for basic needs not provided ie...TV guide& operating instructions, trash “day”pickup? House accommodates max 4 guests with small eating area in kitchen & 4 outside chairs. House works best for short stays.

Stayed Jul 5, 2018we had a great stay here. Location was perfect for what we needed, it was very clean, tastefully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the manager, which is always helpful for things that may come up. The backyard is super cute and cozy, it was. Ice to eat breakfast tacos out there! Running trails in the neighborhood were a plus for my husband. Plenty of room always makes a comfortable stay and you will get that here!

Stayed Jun 19, 2018Our group truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner and her assistant were super accommodating and responsive and even left us fresh fruit for our arrival. The home is spacious and located in a nice neighborhood.

Stayed Jun 9, 2018We had 6 adults and needed more chairs/seating in both living rooms and kitchen. Location is inconvenient to access Denver. Clean house, kitchen stocked adequately with dishes, etc.. Clearly a rental with no homey touches Good price compared to other VRBO's Nice deck, nice backyard. Bring all food supplies - no salt/pepper or other basics.
