Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings

This place was fantastic and beautiful ! It had all the amenities that we needed. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 15 had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. It was very clean, attractively furnished. With everything we needed. Grand views of the mountains.We would definitely rent this house again if we needed this much space. We enjoyed working with our host. She was very accommodating.

This house was perfect for our large family trip. We maxed out the beds, yet the house was STILL spacious enough for everyone to spread out and relax with each other or enjoy some peaceful solitude. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes, and the bed linens were super clean. One refrigerator in the kitchen and the garage, and a smaller 1 in the basement provided sufficient storage for food. The house throughout was super clean and ready for move-in. The house is 15-20 minutes from all Parker businesses, and there are a lot of them. Every restaurant and food option you could imagine, Costco, Trader Joes, King Soopers. This home is the perfect base of operations from which you can travel to all your Colorado sites and activities. In fact, the house was so nice, we could have stayed there the entire week without leaving and it still would have been a great vacation. Cristine, the property manager, was extra responsive and accommodatng. Check-in/out was seamless. We can't say enough about this jewel of a property.

5 Stars - Perfect Home for a Family Celebration!We just got back from an unforgettable stay at this home in Parker, Colorado. There were 15 of us — from age 70 down to 4 — and this house was absolutely perfect for our extended family gathering.The home is beautifully maintained and spacious. Everyone had enough room to relax and enjoy themselves, whether we were cooking together in the large kitchen, playing games, or just spending quality time in the shared spaces. We also had plenty of space to have time by ourselves if needed or when the younger ones took naps! The kids loved having room to play, and the adults appreciated the comfortable bedrooms and amenities.It truly felt like a home away from home, and it was the perfect setting for our family celebration. We can't recommend this property highly enough — thank you for such a memorable stay!

This is a beautiful property perfect for a large group. This is the second year in a row that we have chosen this house to host cousin camp. There were a couple of hickups that were quickly and fairly taken care of. I inadvertently left a valuable item upon checkout. The housekeeping crew found it and the manager met up with me to retrieve it. Great property and staff.

Our family of 9 needed a place to stay for our niece’s wedding in Morrison. This lovely home helped us escape the humidity and heat of Texas. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed grilling out, eating on the deck while watching beautiful Colorado sunsets and wildlife. Later, we would enjoy s’mores at the outdoor fire pit. We loved it and would highly recommend the home. We are considering a family summer vacation every year at this lovely home.

Convenient location which enabled our extended family to stay together. Quiet and relaxing.

Very good property managers!

We had four generations stay here to celebrate the 100th birthday of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Everyone helped to make her a special dinner. The kitchen worked out beautifully - everything we needed was there. We were able to fit everyone using the kitchen and dining room tables. We had 17 of us including two babies and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had brought a pak n play, although we saw there was also one in the master closet.The kids enjoyed the bunk room and foosball table downstairs. There was even a basket with a few toys. The house had a lovely view and felt secluded and private.There are two things I want to mention because they are usually missing in other houses we have rented. First of all, there were plenty of glasses and dishes. You'd be surprised how often this is not available. The other thing that was very helpful was that all there were labels to help us out - cabinets, light and fan switches, etc. When you are not familiar with a home, this really makes things easier.Communication with Christine was excellent and we had no problems finding the property and checking in. We would gladly stay here again.

A beautiful home on a large property surrounded by pine trees with an exceptional view of the front range. Clean, comfortable, with lots of space. Stocked with everything you could need. Secluded property yet close to downtown Parker. Highly recommend.

This is perhaps the fourth or fifth year our group has stayed at this home, and every time it is excellent. The property is carefully managed and everything is kept in great condition. Communication with the host is smooth, and the men who come with our group always find this home to be spacious, comfortable, and restful. I highly recommend this home if you have a larger family or group.

I’ve been to Parker three times, staying in rentals each time. This was the perfect house with the perfect agent! The property is beautiful and spacious- and even included yard games, videos, and wildlife in the back yard. A beautiful sunset topped off each day! Highly recommend!

We had 3 families staying together and were very comfortable. The scenery is absolutely stunning. Enjoy your coffee in the morning or wine at sunset on the porch looking at the mountains. Plenty of fabulous hiking trails and things to do nearby.

This was our second time to stay at this beautiful home in Parker, CO. We had 16 in our group and everyone slept comfortably. Extra refrigerator space is a HUGE plus with so many families and also so much space for down time and alone time. Also, since we were here for softball the deep freeze in the garage is a massive plus to store bags of ice for ballgame ice chests. The view and open land is absolutely stunning. One of my favorite things is how easy Christine was to work with. I give this place 5 stars! We will definitely hope to be back in the same house next summer!

Great. Space enabled multiple different activities occurring simultaneously.

Our extended family of 16 met for a cousin and sibling reunion. The house was perfect size for us and provided us with everything we needed. The professional labels on everything helped us find everything and then put it away in the appropriate area. If you need a large place this is it.
