Beautiful Home in Old Seagrove with Pool, Walking Distance to Seaside - 5 STAR!

Such a wonderful place to stay! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and full of charm. We absolutely loved that it had so much character compared to many of the plain, cookie-cutter rentals we’ve stayed in before. It was the perfect setup for our family vacation with the kids, comfortable, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The pool was sparkling clean and gave us the perfect spot for a refreshing afternoon dip and family fun. Truly, the pictures don’t do this place justice. If you’re considering this house, don’t hesitate… book it! You’ll be so glad you did.

We have stayed in this house now several times. It has everything you could possibly need or want. ample beach/bath towels, fully stocked kitchen, the most comfortable beds, very well taken care of home with updates every time we come! We love the layout of the house you can sit on the screened in porch and watch the pool or if you have a little one taking a break in the living room. Two of my three kids have learned to swim in the pool which is so great to have for rough sea days. It’s in a perfect location close to the beach, shopping, food and seaside but yet very private. Bonus you don’t have any 4 story tall houses surrounding it looking at you! We have brought our in-laws before and the home is perfect for young and older alike! Cynthia is the best host! Because the home is so well maintained we have never needed anything looked at or fixed while there I know she would have it taken care of quickly! We are getting ready to book again for next year once you find such a gem you’ll never want to stay anywhere else!

There was no beach view but a 3 minute drive to beach and walk down some steps. The pool was nice and cold. The beach access is not for people who have trouble with winding stairs. The bnb is very clean, beautifully decorated, up to date furnishings. Our host was wonderful. The kitchen had a lot of amenities. We enjoyed our stay. 3 sisters!!

This was perfect for our girls trip. So relaxing, house is adorable, location was PERFECT! Can’t wait to go back!

The house and location were incredible! Perfect for the beach and the downtown area is unbelievably charming. The house was extremely well done, clean and had everything we could have needed. The porch and pool area made our trip, especially with kids. We will definitely book again. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Can’t say more nice things about our trip!

If you’re tired of stark and grey and crave warmth and charm this little hideaway is perfection! The cottage is very clean and comfortable and every need is thought of and provided for. The bright, happy kitchen and screened back porch need to be in Southern Living. Seagrove Beach and all the shops and restaurants of Seaside are an easy walk away. The host is very responsive and gracious. I will definitely stay here again!

Overall, the house is decorated well, very comfortable and had all the essentials needed. Nice walking distance to public beach access and downtown Seaside. Felt safe walking at night. Enjoyed the back porch. Owner/manager checked in to ensure we had everything for our stay. Offered early check-in and late check-out without charge.

This was our 4th year staying at Cyndi’s properties!! We love our annual winter beach trip. It has become so precious to our friend group and we wouldn’t be able to go if these properties weren’t available. Thank you so much. We will be back next year!!

We never even think about staying anywhere but here when we come down in November for our annual Christmas shopping trip! We love this house! It’s very convenient to shopping and dining and just so comfy and cozy! Our happy place!

Cyndi was a TERRIFIC host! She went above and beyond to provide a terrific experience, and was quick to respond. The walk to Seaside shops and dining was absolutely beautiful and quick. The house itself is decorated beautifully and was the perfect place to stay.

This was the fourth or fifth stay we’ve had at this lovely property. The location is perfect to get down to the beach, or head into Seaside for shopping & dining. It is a comfortable & cozy place to relax and unwind during our time on 30A. Our family especially appreciates the refreshing pool, large screened back porch, and one-story layout. Cyndi is a fabulous host and an absolute pleasure to communicate with!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming property in Old Seagrove. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with cute, beachy touches that made it feel like a true getaway.Our favorite feature was the pool. It offered a perfect mix of sun and shade—great for both cooling off and relaxing throughout the day. The verandah with the swing couch quickly became our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening wind-downs.The location was ideal: just a short walk to the beach, and conveniently close to Seaside's cafes, shops, food trucks, and other great restaurants. We barely used our car!Cyndi was a responsive and helpful host, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape.

We had a wonderful stay at Escape Plan! Because it was winter, we did not get to use the pool, but it looked very enticing! The house was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. I love the layout with the primary bedroom on one side and two additional bedrooms up toward the front. It made an easy set up for us and our kids. The large screened porch provided a nice outdoor space and I appreciated the hook lock on the door and additional gate that could lock to keep my water loving toddler from wandering out to the pool. The kitchen was full of everything we needed! We also appreciated the trunk of beach toys that our boys could enjoy on the beach. It was about a 10 minute, enjoyable and shaded, walk down to the Sea Side village. We would certainly come back and stay again! I felt that there was more space in the house to spread out than the pictures showed, so that's a perk too! The layout was wonderful for a family or group of friends!

This adorable cottage is centrally located for the festival and walkable to many of the venues in Seagrove. It was just 2 adult friends for our stay, allowing more than enough space for both of us. The kitchen is well stocked, and everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable (especially the beds!) The shower and all faucets had great water pressure! It was too cold for swimming, but the pool and deck look very inviting and fun.I also love that it has a screened porch!I wish we had more time to spend relaxing here! Communication with the host was top notch! Looking forward to staying again next year!

The house was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The porch swing on the back deck and the pool were so nice - we spent so much time on the deck! Cyndi was wonderful and very responsive. The location was just a short walk to Seaside and the public beach access. It was a little slice of heaven for the couple days we were there!
