This wooden house is situated on a beautiful garden plot at the end of a cul-de-sac, in quiet surroundings and on the edge of the tranquil vacation home area of Hejlsminde. The house is highly insulated throughout, so low heating costs can be expected. The interior is modern, the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with technical aids. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with underfloor heating and a guest toilet. Wellness is available in the form of a whirlpool and a sauna. Hejlsminde on the Little Belt is surrounded by beautiful nature. In the village is a beautiful marina. In the surrounding area there are good cycling and hiking trails that lead through a beautiful nature. Not far away is the nature area Skamlingsbanken.
