The kitchen and living room are in open connection with each other. The spacious bathroom offers pure wellness with a sauna and a whirlpool. In winter, you can cozy up in front of the fireplace. A heat pump also serves as a heat source in the house. Outside, several partially covered terraces with several seating areas await you, so you will always finda pleasant place outside, depending on the time of day.

Fishing spots, a golf course, a good network of paths for walking and cycling, forest and beach, everything is within a short distance from the house. In an hour in the car you can reach Legoland and Givskud Zoo.

Hejlsminde is a popular vacation area, here you have everything within short driving distance. From the coast there are optimal conditions for windsurfing and SUP. Visit the beautiful nature area Skamlingsbanken, where there is a small exhibition about the history of Skamlingsbanken with several monuments. Hejlsminde is located between the cities of Kolding and Haderslev. In Kolding you can experience the history of the old royal palace Koldinghus with exciting exhibitions and collections, see exciting art and design in Trapholt Museum. Haderslev offers among other things in the skatepark Streetdome, the beautiful cathedral, boat trip on the fjord boat Helene, visit the Fuglsang brewery and 3D archery - there is something for everyone. Legoland, Legohouse and Givskud Zoo are less than an hour away by car.
