The host and house were both great! Very roomy and convenient to Penn State athletic facilities. Highly recommend for any group.

visited State College, our granddaughter starred in the fall college musical. We had a large family group and had a wonderful time. the house was perfect! we played games, cooked and slept comfortably. Your home is very accessible to all portions of town. thank you. We enjoyed a wonderful 4 day weekend over Halloween !

We loved the house. The location was perfect. This has to be one of the best stocked houses. There were so many plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as towels. We would highly recommend this house. Thanks again for a great stay

This house was very clean and beautiful, and it was such an easy access to get to Penn State for our son‘s graduation. I would highly recommend this house.

We were a group of PSU Alumni who gathered for the Blue/White game. The house was a perfect location and short drive the stadium! It also just up the road from Happy Valley Brewing where our large party had drinks and dinner our 1st evening. Everything at the house was very comfortable and suited all our needs. Having 4 bathrooms was helpful! Tiffany was very accommodating to all of our arrival and departure times. When we entered the house she left us a special surprise that went above and beyond any other rental we have had! Overall a well appointed space, perfect for gathering together!

This home was perfect for our large family for my son’s winter graduation. Plenty of beds and multiple full bathrooms ensured everyone was comfortable. Everything was immaculate and cozy with spacious kitchen and living room. Plus there’s toys in the basement for the little ones. Coffee and tea supplies, paper towels and toilet paper and hand and dish soap are available so no rush to the grocery store when you first arrive. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. My family lived there stay and would definitely do it again

We had a great time at this property. It easily accommodated 14 of us very comfortably and was well stocked with everything we needed. LOTS of blankets helped for this cold weather! Would definitely stay again!

Very close to campus. The house is very clean with everything you could ever want. We loved our stay in state college!

We all loved this large beautiful home. The host provided many towels, sheets, blankets and beds to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The kitchen was stocked with many pots, pans, cooking and baki g utensils plus more. The host responded immediately to any of my questions.
