Beautiful home in Fraser with great breathtaking views and private hot tub

The rental was great - There was plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking equipment, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay at this home again for another trip to the Winter Park area.While the rental was a short drive away from the ski resort, this was clearly communicated by the hosts. Additionally, the shuttle stop was a short walk away.

Everything was great! Had a blast! Doing 4 stars due to the hot water would randomly go cold/ or get scorching hot and the carpet in the bathrooms is a little odd…

Older home, in need of a remodel…seemed every door knob was loose in whole house…Host was amazing, Seemed like every small appliance we used was broke… but host very quick to replace…Happy to see the Fox out roaming!..

I planned this weekend getaway for my family and overall we had a great time! The weather cooperated with us wanting to do outside activities so the snow made that possible. The location of the house was excellent. It was close to restaurants, outdoor activities, and the grocery store. It was sufficient for what we needed however, we all felt the house is in dire need of updating. The furniture is outdated, the pictures are outdated and every one of them was hanging askew on the wall. Beige 1 inch metal blinds and tab top curtains found in one bedroom are outdated. Carpet in the loft bathroom is outdated but most importantly is unsanitary. Lastly, TVs were only in 3 of the rooms. My family and I used mostly all sleeping areas and only 2 had TVs. This was really annoying at night when everyone turned in for the night. In this day and age there should be smart tvs in all the bedrooms. I know this would be greatly appreciated. Everyone brings their own streaming devices so cable isn’t necessary however, televisions are. Like i mentioned the space was sufficient, the location was great and the management company was great to work with. With updates this place would be great!

Great location with easy access to nearby activities and attractions. The house itself has a vintage charm but is in need of serious maintenance and updates. While it works for a small group or short stay, I would not recommend it for larger groups due to space and upkeep issues.

Nice property, great location with nice views and a grocery store 3 minutes away. We had a great time playing board games here all weekend!

This is a fantastic place if you have a large group. Me and my friends had a very comfy stay. Of course the view is great. Rental process was smooth.

Great stay at this home! Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with dishware and supplies we needed to cook meals and dine in. Lots of towels, which was key since we used the hot tub which was great. We had a minor issue that there was no hot water, but we called the management company and they sent someone over quickly to resolve the issue right away. Great stay!

Wonderful stay! The property manager was very friendly and communicative. Fantastic stay close to hiking trails and a fun fishing lake - kids fishing and a separate pond, as well. 4 minutes to Safeway. Great stay!

Great stay overall. Charlotte was great at resolving any issues we had during our stay and was super accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

This house was perfect for my group of friends. Location has a great view of the mountains and was only a short drive to Winter Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful weekend away.

Amazing house to stay for our annual ski trip with friends! Host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved every bit of staying here and couldn't recommend it enough for ski season. The shuttle to/from the resort so so easy and convenient for the group as well so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking!

Perfect for our large group! It's a little far from Winter Park but right near the grocery store and other things in town.

WP Lift picks up at the end of the block, which makes getting to the slopes easy. Yes, the furnishings and house are dated and worn, but you have everything needed: a well-stocked kitchen. It is not a luxury rental by any means, but it is perfect if you need several bedrooms, want to cook dinners for large groups, and even need space from those you are vacationing with! The property management group was very responsive to all our questions.

Very nice house and neighborhood

Rooms and beds accurate to listing! So many places we looked at to host 11 people (many of whom are couples) were misleading as far as bedrooms & sleeping capacities (i.e. 3 people for a king bed, not enough bedrooms), but this listing had plenty of room for us, including 5 bedrooms which is hard to find! We really have no complaints..our biggest issue was temperature as the house has no AC—but it’s no one’s fault that there was a heat wave at the beginning of our stay. The listing is the slightest bit dated but not an issue for us!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and well stocked. It is in a great location with plenty of space to park. Some of the furnishings could use a refresh as they are showing their age.

Stayed here with family for a reunion at RMNP. House was clean and spacious. Plenty of space for everyone to gather together at meal time and have privacy at bedtime. Checkout procedure was easy.

House was very clean! Had a lot of space for our family of 7. Beautiful view off patio. Close to gas station,grocery store and places to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only minor issue was not a lot of pans to cook with but we made it work!
