Home is located on a tree lined street in central Colorado Springs. The area is called the Old North End and was developed around 1900. The house is a remodeled home with 2 bedrooms, 1.5baths, sleeps 5. Our home was built in 1900 and features original wood floors and trim. Everything else has been updated. Kitchen has gas range, Island hood, tile floors, breakfast bar, adjacent dining room & more. The property has off street parking and is 1-2 blocks to Colorado College, 1 mile to downtown Colorado Springs, about 10-15 minutes to Garden of the Gods and quick and easy access to I-25. From the house you can get just about anywhere in Colorado Springs in 15-20 minutes. There is WiFi, 50 inch HD TV, cable tv and internet service, linens/towels/blankets/pillows and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Master bedroom has a queen mattress, the second bedroom has a twin Daybed and the living room has a full sized pullout Sofa sleeper. There is a front porch with table and two chairs and the back patio has a table with 6 chairs and two Adirondack type chairs with propane BBQ grill. The house has central Air Conditioning but being a 118+yr old home, the upstairs doesn't cool as well as the main level. The home is very comfortable and completely set up as a vacation home.
