This lovely Chatham home is welcoming. Very easy check-in, clean, the location of the bedrooms allows for privacy, and the common space/family room out to the deck and yard are terrific. This home is also pet friendly so we were able to bring our little buddy, too. The yard and grounds are amazing and the location is perfect - with easy access to Chase Park, downtown Chatham, Oyster Pond Beach – the Best of Chatham! Wonderful and responsive host. Thank you!

Location is an easy 5/5. The outdoor spaces are just as great, wonderful pool, very relaxing backyard. Kids had a great time. The house itself is functional, but past-due for some updating. Owners seem super nice, were really easy to deal with and accommodating.

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The location is wonderful, close to everything we needed, and the outdoor space was a highlight of our trip. We especially enjoyed spending time outside, and the setting made it easy to relax.That said, there were a few things that didn’t quite meet our expectations. The overall cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed quite a bit of dog hair on the floors, which ended up all over our young children. A couple of items were in need of repair, including the smoke detector and the screen door, which made them unusable during our stay. Additionally, a few amenities that were listed in the property description, such as children’s beach toys, pool toys, and playground, weren’t available, which was a bit disappointing.With some attention to these details and additional home improvements, this property could be a fantastic stay. The potential is definitely there, and the location and outdoor space really make it special.

⸻We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic, and the backyard is truly a highlight — we especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and being able to walk into town with ease. The home has a lot of charm, though there are a few areas that could benefit from some updates and added care. During our stay, the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep up with the summer heat and humidity in the main living areas. As with many older homes, some conveniences like bathroom outlets are limited, but overall, we had a lovely stay and appreciated all that the property and its surroundings had to offer.

Great location and home!

We had a wonderful time! The pool, in particular, was an attraction for my 4 year old granddaughter, but my son and 76 year old me also enjoyed it1 The location with its proximity to town and the Oyster Pond is excellent! Highly recommended!

Great yard! Pool would have been amazing if it hadn’t rained. Beds were super comfortable.

Had a great time at the house. Great location less than 5 minute walk to downtown. Pool and backyard is really nice and large.

Robert the owner was an excellent host and did a number of nice touches to the poperty to make us feel welcome. The house has tons of space, was very clean and the pool was exceptional. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. A great vacation!

It was quite hot and humid during our stay. The air conditioning units and fans kept up with the heat. The pool is spectacular and huge, the yard and landscaping are breathtaking. It was so wonderful to hang out at the house and in the pool; we really didn't need to leave but were in walking distance to Oyster Pond, to town and to a playground for little ones. The inside of the house is old school and spacious, the beds comfy. We loved staying here. There were no issues we needed help with during our stay but the hosts were very responsive before and after; even offering to send a left behind item which we later found. Lovely!

Our July 4th week at this Chase Park home was wonderful. The pool and grounds are simply fantastic as is the property’s location. We spent beautiful mornings drinking coffee on the front porch amidst a sea of hydrangea. The owners were accessible and responsive. I would stay there again and would recommend it for families and couples.

This is a great location in walking distance to everything! Our kids loved the pool and the house had a ton of charm. We can’t wait to come back!
