The house was a perfect fit for us and a great find for our month-long stay in January. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and communication with Mike was great. We were sad to leave but hope to book again in the future.

Very comfortable place with lots of great amenities. The beach parking pass, beach chairs, and toys, were a nice touch. Would be great for families with 1-2 kids or couples, especially on their first visit to Bethany Beach like we were. The only thing to be aware of is that the house is right on the main road, so there is a good deal of traffic noise. This may not matter during the summer when the a/c is on, but we noticed it because we wanted to keep the windows open. But that's the price you pay for a central location. Otherwise it was a great experience and communications with the host were very positive. Highly recommend.

This condo was cute and cozy and about a mile walk from the Bethany shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and it was easy to check in and out.

My family and I stayed in this adorable duplex for a week. The property was clean, well maintained and located in a great location. I’m not sure why other people were complaining about the *free* trolly. For my small children, it was an adventure to ride it. Mike was responsive and thorough. Everything in the house was labeled for ease of access. We would stay again.

Perfect location, close to the beach and local shops/restaurants. The house set up is perfect for families with one large room upstairs and two smaller rooms on the main floor. Mike was a very easy host to work with! Would definitely rent again!

My first VRBO..Glad we drove so we had the needed towels and linen. Great Bethany Diner next door, easy access to beach by walking and nice resident parking pass. Family reunion of 30, nice to have our family close and some quiet time..

We loved the location as it was walking distance to several great restaurants and markets. You could walk or bike to the main part of Bethany (just under 1 mile). The owner includes a parking pass which made driving to beach super easy. The owner has 4 beach chairs, beach dolly, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella to use which helped us pack less. Owner was available for communication when needed. Furniture comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and the condo was in small 8 unit complex that was quiet, safe, and parking in the lot was plentiful. Would definitely book again on a future trip to Bethany!

I booked this place at the last minute and yet everything went very smoothly. The owners were in contact with me and check in was a breeze. The place is in a perfect location with an easy 5 block walk to the beach. The trolley service was also easy to access. Everything I needed in the kitchen was provided. This was a very pleasant two days at the beach.
