Beautiful Home & Carriage House with Golf Cart

House was clean, roomy and accommodated all our guests. There was plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. Coffee maker was broken but they did respond pretty quick with a replacement. Close enough to beach and stores. Golf cart was a plus. Beach gear that came with house was also a great additive.

We had a great stay here! Check-in was very easy, and communication with the host was always quick and helpful. One evening the propane tank was running low, and after I texted the host, she originally said a replacement would be delivered the next day but it actually arrived within about an hour, which we really appreciated. The house was very clean, and the golf cart was an excellent touch. The neighborhood location was also perfect, just across the street from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and just like the picture. I would definitely book this home again.

Easy check-in, communication with host, clean accommodations. Gold cart was fun to get back and forth and explore the gated community. Beds were very comfortable. Close to the beach. Take note of a few helpful things: Community pool, gym accessible early in the am by different route around the back and not through club Destin which opens a little later in the am. Children 12 and under don’t have to wear green wristband at the community center when accompanied by an adult wearing a green wristband. Circular push button needs to be pressed on golf cart battery to get it started and turned off when not in use (located underneath the second seat bench). Would rent this house again with my family. We had a great time! You will not be disappointed.

As the others have mentioned in previous reviews, this house is great for multiple families with kids. Plenty of room for everyone and a great kitchen, dinning and living room to accommodate everyone, without being on top of each other. The gated neighborhood is very close to the beach and the golf cart makes it super convenient to get to and back with all your gear. Also, the pool, tennis courts and playground are nearby and great for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommended.

The house was great! It was very accommodating for our children and grandchildren. Very clean and location was very nice. The golf cart made it easy to go to the beach and was a big hit with the whole family. The host was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place, beautiful neighborhood. Best place ive stayed yet.

This very large home was the perfect space for my seven family members. Everyone had privacy in their individual bedrooms. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all cookware. My brother loved the cozy carriage house on the property. The golf cart made trips to the beach very easy. We had fun cooking and playing games at home, as well as visiting some of the yummy restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back to this house when we visit Destin again. Thank you, Vacation Haven!
