Stayed Aug 14, 2025PERFECT BEACH HOUSE! 3 houses away from beautiful ocean beach with lifeguards, plush white sands and waves! [sometimes]. Boogie boards and beach chairs in basement. Spacious open floor plan with great kitchen, very large dining table, comfortable sofa and plush chairs. Nice view of Asbury avenue (2nd floor deck) with cushy chairs and a small table for dining). Great TV package (w/ CNN, NFL network, Bloomberg and many more). Super nice and helpful owner-- wonderful stay at the quiet end of OC. Easy access to ACME, cafes and great Italian restaurant within walking distance. Short drive to OC Boardwalk (best in NJ) easy access to Parkway.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025A short walk to the beach with plenty of OCNJ goodies just a couple blocks away: pizza, mini golf, and more!Tracy keeps the house well equipped for any need you can think of and is incredibly responsive. Can’t recommend enough.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023This was a great place to stay! The condo was so clean and we were very impressed with the property owner who checked in to make sure all was ok and if we had any questions! The property is so close to the beach which made is so easy for my Mother who is close to 80 years old to easily walk to the beach on her own for her daily morning walks! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect little getaway close to the beach without all the chaos of the boardwalk!
