Beautiful Holiday House at Paradise Coast in Naples / FLorida

We've been coming to Naples for 5 years now, and this home has been one of our favorites. To begin, the host, Rainer, was so pleasant to work with and communication was prompt which for me was so much appreciated as I am a planner. The pictures of the house were exact as shown online and we lived outside by the pool everyday from 10 am to 5pm! The bikes were a great early morning/late night getaway to visit the other neighborhoods! Lely Resort is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and 25 minutes to Marco Island! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and even a grill to cookout on! Thank you Rainer! we will be back!

Beautiful area and very convenient.

Our stay was peaceful and delightful. A beautiful setting, a comfortable home and a very responsive host. We spent a month and would love to extend our stay longer next time.

Rainer was wonderful to work with. He was very kind and responsive to any question. Mark, the property manager was very responsive as well. There were a couple small issues and they were taken care of immediately. The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location close to the Players Club. House was very clean. Excellent communication from owner. Great bicycles. Owner very accommodating to our needs.

We stayed two weeks at this property and we enjoyed everything immensely! The house was perfect in every way and the pool was very secluded and clean, adjacent to a nature preserve. Securing the home upon checkout was an issue, as in the past, we have always entered a code at the front door to enter and exit. The day we had to check out, I called the local contact three times inquiring as to what the checkout process entailed. He did not respond to any of my calls. Three hours later, as I was driving, my wife fielded his call and was subjected to a rude and condescending tirade excoriating her for not securing the home. Had he responded to any of my calls in a timely manner, the issue would have been resolved.. As intuitive as the local Ambassador thought the check out process was, it was not spelled out in the manual provided.
