Our host was so attentive. When we contacted her with a question she responded quickly and with concern for our comfort.

Clean, but has not been cleaned right before coming. Bugs on floor, spider webs on stairs and other places, remember it is an old home. Actual big spider in doorway! BUT, I would STILL rent this place. Unique home and wonderful views. Great aviance!! Wonderful Views on the balconies. Even the neighbor next door (south) was friendly and nice to talk to. Didn't need anything bathroom wise or kitchen wise, it was stocked really well. Bedrooms were unique and clean. Felt very much at home in this house. Downstairs game room was fun. Spent most of the time there. My daughter from Tulsa came over with her family and we played games till midnight. Sat out on the balcony to eat and enjoyed the view. Didn't have any problems to notify owner except for entry code, but I think it was an internet problem, not the owner. She was very welcoming and informative. One thing to note: three set of stairs to everything. Our old legs felt the going up and down, but we laughed about it. Got exercise on our vacation. I would recommend to anyone wanting something a little more than ordinary. Worth the price.

We came to town for our sister’s surgery. The surgery was a great success and the house was the perfect place for us to all be together.

Checkin was simple and exactly as instructed. The property was clean and welcoming when we arrived and we were very pleased with the environment! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we might need to prepare meals during our stay, or just to relax with a coffee before going out to spend our time celebrating with family. We loved the detail in decor and the furnishings of the era of the house, which was well preserved yet updated and very comfortable. Sitting on the different level decks and watching the Tulsa skyline at night was a relaxing and pleasant way to end a busy day, especially on the night of the full moon! I would recommend this stay to anyone who likes a little nostalgia and a quiet neighborhood! This house is spacious for a family or like us, very comfortable for us and our grown son and daughter-in-law getting ready for a wedding!! We couldn't have been as relaxed in a hotel room!!

House was great for our family of 10. Stayed for the weekend while driving thru Tulsa, host messaged with check in info early, house was clean and as described on listing. The view was awesome and the house was so charming! We found the location very convenient within about 15 minutes of all the activities we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and the living areas were spacious enough for everyone to spread out…which we needed after being in a a car together for 10 hours!! Would recommend staying here!!

As a family of five, with three teenage boys, we also invited my parents. We did not want to stay in the local hotel. The location is the star of the show. On a hill overlooking Tulsa, we spent most of our time outside, enjoying the deck of view. The house is charming.

This property is absolutely perfect! It is exactly what they say it is. The charm and view were just perfect. Our family was there for University of Tulsa graduation and had dinner all together on the deck enjoying the view and fireworks in the distance. Even had a nice chat with the neighbors who were delightful! Beautifully designed and comfortable!

Our family was traveling route 66 as part of our homeschool studies. We were looking for a place to stay which offered some rich history. This house really hit the mark!
