Beautiful Glendale Home, 3BR/2BA - Lakefront w/ Private Pool, 15 min to Stadium

This was a very comfortable stay. It was very clean and well furnished in a quiet neighborhood.

Our host Craig was very weloming and responsive to us. The amenities were in good condition. Location was close to our family.

The house was very comfortable, inviting and we loved it being on the lake. My son caught a good sized large mouth bass (so that was fun) and we paddled around in the paddle boat. We slept great and hosts were very accommodating, all in all we loved it.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was very well stocked and we found everything we needed. We enjoyed the bird and hummingbird feeders. The location on the lake was beautiful and quiet. The host responded within minutes. We would stay here again.

Great location!! Check in was a breeze. Communication with the owner was great. The house is very well stocked. Any appliance you could think of for the kitchen was there. The pool was perfect. The master bedroom and bath is very spacious. We had two evenings of lightning storms which were great to watch off the back patio. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I loved this stay!! Comfy beds, great location, excellent communication with the owner, so many extras included if you forgot something (deodorant, toothbrushes, etc). I can’t say enough good things!

Awesome place. Loved the lake off the back yard. Well stocked with about anything you need.

All in all it was a very nice place for us to stay at while we were getting ready to move into our own condo. We did not get a chance to really take in all the property had to offer during our stay.

Everything was excellent except the leg-biting bugs living in the pedal boat. Ate us alive while we fished. Otherwise the house, the supplies and the setting were absolutely excellent.

Craig was very accommodating, and his place was perfect for my son and me. Close to Peoria sports complex so only 15 min drive. Very clean house and the amenities were excellent.

We came to Arizona to spend time and Mother's Day with my children and grandchildren who all live there. The house was beautiful and stocked with essentials. We cooked and ate meals there and had a great time visiting. The grandchildren loved fishing, feeding the ducks and the pool. We may visit there again.

Located north of Phoenix area. Easy to get around. In back of the house by the water no sun until afternoon. Pool gets sun later in the day , very small area around the pool but room on the other side of the fence araea . The house was spacious for the 5 of us.

We were very pleased with the fully equipped home for our stay. The kitchen has everything you need. Waffle maker was a hit with my two granddaughters. The host goes above and beyond to make the location feel like home.

This is a beautiful and well equipped home. We came for spring training and found it 15-50 minutes from all the stadiums. Nice quiet clean neighborhood too.

This was the best equipped place we have stayed in. It was nicely decorated. The kitchen was a cooks kitchen with lots of pot, pan and utensils. The pantry was even stocked with a some dry goods. The house was like someone left for the weekend. Very nice selection of glassware for alcohol. But no liquor cabinet! Hahaha! The bathrooms were well stocked. The owners seem like thoughtful people I loved the ducks.

We loved staying here! They have thought of everything. So many small touches that made the experience amazing! Everything you need is right at the house.

Craig was great to work with and always responded to our questions. We already knew the area before renting the house. Close to the walking trails, restaurants and Fry's grocery store. Enjoyed sitting out back with the waterway and feeding the ducks and geese. Used the paddleboat also.

Beautiful Lakehouse equipped with everything you need. Easy drive from PHX and very conveniently located to shopping, dining and entertainment. The Mastersuite bed slept heavenly and the view was amazing. We ran too much to enjoy all the great things this home has to offer Craig was great!

This was my family’s first trip to Arizona and we couldn’t have booked a better place to stay. It was beautiful, clean and in the best location not to mention the owner’s are awesome. Will be booking again.

The property is immaculate, the location is private and convenient. We would stay there again.
