Beautiful Gated Newer Construction Home Just Minutes from Downtown!

My family and I have stayed at this property several times, and each visit has been wonderful. We always enjoy the home, and any issues that arise are addressed promptly. The property is beautiful and located in a very quiet, peaceful area. We would stay here again and again without hesitation.

The VRBO was absolutely amazing, and the pictures DO NOT do it justice! Whenever we are staying in the city in New Orleans, we will be looking to stay here!

We had a great stay at this property! Three roomy bedrooms and an open kitchen/dining/living room layout were perfect for our family. Communication with host was timely and clear, check in and check out were simple and smooth. The location was great for us, and we had everything we needed, including a charming back patio to hang out on!

This spot was perfect for a girls trip. Place was clean, easy to access and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.

My family and I came to New Orleans for a bit of R&R. This rental was really great. We did some site seeing, but also wanted a place to relax. Everything looked exactly like the photos. The home was clean and had Everything we needed. The host, Angela, was easy to reach and was very accomodating. The rental is located in a great location, and less than a 10- 15 min drive from almost everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Not only did this home match the description, but it provided convenient amenities and the comfort of home while away from our home. The home has a balance for family gathering and private time. Rooms were spacious. Plus, we absolutely loved the artwork within the home. I felt like I was in a mini-art museum that showcased the rich culture and art of NOLA. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 15 minute drive to downtown. We loved this balance of quiet downtime and convenience. The neighbors are friendly and sweet. We discovered a restaurant nearby (Toast) with delicious puffy pancakes. So good! During our stay, we did an airboat tour (Airboat Tours by Arthur), visited the French Quarter and downtown, and drove to Bay St. Louis (MS) for a half-day trip at the beach. Recommend all of these activities. Angela was quick to respond to our questions and is a wonderful hostess. Highly recommend her beautiful home. For comparison, 9 years ago, we opted to stay in hotels in the French Quarter and downtown. If I had to choose, I’d stay in this home vs. a hotel in a heartbeat.
