In this finca on the Pla de Mallorca and in the wine center of the island you will find a sophisticated country house with high-quality furniture and an enchanting ambience.

The finca consists of two units (a separate area of the house is occasionally visited by the owners - the pool with outdoor kitchen and garden area is practically invisible and is available exclusively and exclusively for guests).
The main part for the guests has a living space ofapprox. 180 sqm.

The bedroom on the 1st Floor has a double bed and a bathroom en suite, a fireplace and a separate and enclosed roof terrace with a view over the tree tops to the Tramuntana Mountains. The double bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the pool and a TV. The 3rd Bedroom with garden view and fireplace on the north side has a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
Children's or Youth beds can be provided if necessary. High chairs and buggies are also available at all times

The interior kitchen also offers a number of options for ambitious cooks: 5-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, food processor, knife set, saucepans, greixoneras, library with sometimes sophisticated Mediterranean cookbooks, bed with kitchen herbs etc.

For general needs there is a washing and drying machine as well as an iron and ironing board in the utility room and for comfort in practically all rooms air conditioning units or Central heating (optional for an additional charge). In the living room you will find a large flat screen TV with satellite reception, video DVD player and a stereo with Bluetooth.

If you have to work or just have a look at the holiday pictures, there is an I-Mac (27 “) with an office package and internet access (1000 kBit / sec) and a multifunction printer. WiFi coverage is available across practically the entire area. In addition, several mobile networks with good reception are within range.

Exterior
The open area with some very old trees on almond, olive, ornamental and fruit trees is largely irrigated and therefore green and fresh even in summer. It invites you to relax, to play and play as well as to spend time together with friends on sunny and shady spots.

The pool is 4x7m tall and 140 cm deep. An automated water treatment system ensures consistently good (and low-chlorine) water quality. It is checked and cleaned at least once a week. The pool includes sun loungers with fixed and mobile parasols and a seating area.

The summer kitchen by the pool is fully equipped. It has (in addition to separate dishes, pots and pans) a 4-burner stove, a grill with height-adjustable grate, a wood oven, a large fridge with freezer, sink, dishwasher (!), Microwave and a stationary stereo system. You can eat at a large table for 10 (and more) people.

Play options: table tennis, table football, beach tennis, badminton, Viking chess, boccia, diabolo, darts, game collection with board and card games, shaded sandpit with sand toys, children's swing, cuddly seat, browsing library, etc.

The outdoor area by the pool has a separate toilet and there is an outdoor solar shower.
