Beautiful Farmhouse Waterfront Cove with Dock and Hot Tub.

We loved this secluded yet convenient location! Beautiful setting, comfortable home…everything we needed was provided and Jimmy was very responsive. Great visit and we’ll be back!

Jimmy is a great, responsive host. Kids loved the kayaks and catching fish around the dock. Peaceful and quiet and just a few miles from Longhorn Cavern and Ink Lakes State Park.

This dreamy farmhouse is in a fairly quiet neighborhood. It’s has a great porch with plenty of seating. We enjoyed kayaking on Saturday.

Property was exactly as listed. Great house, comfortable beds, awesome waterfront property. Jimmy was extremely hospitable and very informative. Will certainly stay again.

Second year in a row we booked this house! This is the only vacation rental I have ever returned to.

Property was as depicted and a great size for a large group. Jimmy was great to work with and responsive to questions.We had five kids on hand and the bunks were perfect. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was spacious, and very well equipped. It made making meals and even a groom’s cake easy (we did bring the required pans and decorating kit). The massive back porch was a morning retreat for enjoying coffee and the rain, and the dock was great to fish off of and entertained for hours (many a hot dog was fed to the fish!).

This was exactly what we needed. Comfy and clean. Such a peaceful spot. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards!! We’ll be back!

We enjoyed staying here for a girls getaway. The house and location were perfect for our needs. Loved the large back patio and watching the hummingbirds feed. We used the kayaks, paddle board, hot tub, and we floated in the water off the dock. Water is not deep and bottom is kind of mushy, but no grasses or anything to be concerned about. Our host, Jimmy, was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We have already talked about going back with our families so our kids could have fun like we did! Such a nice place!

Great place!

This was the perfect place for our family of 6. Kids ranging from 5-11. It was a quiet little getaway with water activities that kept everyone entertained and contained since it was off the main water way. The hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing were nice and relaxing activities after a long day of exploring the State Parks in the area. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Grocery store was 7-8 minutes away. Heating and AC worked well. Our kids wanted to go explore Enchanted Rock again so we can down mainly for that. We also stopped by Inner Space Caverns, and Inks Lake state park. There is so much to do around here that we could have stayed longer.

We had a blast with our four kids enjoying the kayaks, paddle boards, and hot tub. The location is amazing and we enjoyed outings to Longhorn Cavern state park and Inks Lake. Everything was as described in the listing and the owner was available and helpful! Would definitely visit again!

We had the best time at this lake house! Cannot recommend enough! From its well appointed kitchen, beautiful views, lake toys and hot tub to the comfortable beds… all of it was fantastic! Jimmy is great to work with and is so helpful!

The house was plenty big for a family and friends. There is a hot tub that looks over the water. The house is in a cove with access to the river. Best part is you can fish and take out the paddle boards and kayaks in the cove and then make your way to the river. The owner was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the location right on the water and the property had we all needed.

Everything you see is what you get. No surprises and easy to sit back and relax. The kitchen has a good amount of useful stuff and they even go as far as to stock fresh water/ ice/ coffee /wood /charcoal for the pit. The grounds were nicely maintained. The only downside for us personally is going down to the lake front- and only because knee issues so consider this as a con when renting for older people. I am certainly in favor of visiting again. Great host~ lovely lake house!

House came with all of the amenities advertised and everything we wanted. Very relaxing place for our group of 8 adults. The lake is very calm and peaceful just a few yards from the house. We definitely enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards.

Great place to float in a no wake zone just off Lake LBJ! Cell phone service is limited at best but wifi if great. A short drive to town if you need anything. A quiet neighbor where everyone is extremely nice. Owner is next door if you need him, and he was extremely helpful.

This was the perfect place for a marvelous family getaway with our young adult children and their significant others over Memorial Day weekend. Wouldn’t change a thing.

We stayed here for the total solar eclipse in April 2024. Our host was cordial, polite and helpful. We had so much fun. We used the big barbeque for dinner one night. The huge patio looks out on the water. It is perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards. We could not have had a better time. I recommend this place 100%.
