Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery 25 minutes from the center of Rome

A beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery with a view of the hills of Vizio Park.

The Property:

Located 25 km from Rome, on a hill outside the city between Sacrofano and Formello, the farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Viego Park, overlooking a valley where horses and cows graze freely. The property consists of a two-story main villa with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a double living room, and a kitchen, as well as an annex where a caretaker lives, all surroundedby one hectare of garden, ensuring privacy and peace.

Inside, the refined country-style furnishings create a comfortable and informal atmosphere. In the living room, sofas and armchairs provide plenty of seating in front of an antique brick fireplace. The rustic-chic atmosphere continues in the dining room and the large, fully equipped kitchen—which also features a fireplace—and opens onto a terrace overlooking the valley.

The master suite, located on the first floor, features a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, a whirlpool tub, and a spectacular floor-to-ceiling window with a view of the valley. There are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a French bed—each with an en suite bathroom.

The restaurants in Formello and Sacrofano are excellent. If you’d like to take a day trip, there are many nearby towns, such as Nepi (17 km away) or Tivoli (33 km away); Fiumicino Airport is 40 km away, and the center of Rome is 25 km away.
There are also plenty of tours available on the KOMOOT website for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and running routes. The farmhouse is accessible only by car.
