Beautiful, Family Friendly Home In The Heart Of Goodyear

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday trip. It is an exceptional place.

This is an exceptional property, rent it if you have the opportunity.

We stayed a month and had a wonderful time. We were there for the Reds spring training and the house was in walking distance from the ballpark. The home was close to everything that we needed. The accommodations in the house were great. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay in that area.

We had a great stay in Goodyear, a good location accessible to everything. The house was exactly as advertised. I had a few questions about the home and the owner got back to me immediately. Everything was completely furnished. I was able to have several guests come over for a barbeque one afternoon. The backyard pool area was ideal for entertaining, not to mention the fire table and gas grill. The weather could have been a little warmer, but it was brutal over the entire Country. I would defiantly recommend this home for an Arizona get away.

They deserve 10 stars. They got the house together for us at the last minute. Worked late into the night so we could come. I dont know what I would have done without them. Made sure we had everything right down toliet paper.

Great place and perfect location. Easy drive to Phoenix and day trip to Grand Canyon. Only two hours from Sedona. Enjoyable to just hang out at home and enjoy pool/outdoor kitchen. Would stay again if in Phoenix.

Lovely home. One block from Goodyear Ballpark. Pool was not heated but didn’t bother us Ohioans.

Many issues with this rental- glasses, plates, towels had to be cleaned before use. Nice house and neighbourhood but place is tired and falling apart. None of the solar lights worked, no pool lights worked, no under the bar lights worked, no planter lights worked, so the outside lighting consisted of one bulb on the house. The tile is falling off the outside bar and the outdoor fridge is rusted and barely works. Inside the house the refrigerator smelled terribly ( three boxes of baking soda was a good indicator ) it was rusted and the ice maker did not work. The blender was filthy and rusted and wasn’t used. The oven had been sprayed with oven cleaner but not wiped out, so when the oven was preheated it stunk the house up terribly and was not used again. Many of the electrical outlets did not work and one dimmer switch was hanging out of the wall. The exclamation point came when we had no water for over 24 hours in the middle of our vacation week. After many calls and texts we learned from the utility company that the water had been turned off because of a “ billing issue “ . I notified the owner of everything I have listed here and as of this writing I have not received a reply. VRBO is the owners representative who takes payment and guarantees their rentals so it will be interesting to see what happens from here.

This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location .The property has a nice pool and a wonderful garden. The rooms we had were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was very welcome indeed! Candilyn couldn't have been more helpful with everything - Especially on the Last minute booking for my family and I , Thank you Candilyn for all your help and advice. We hope staying in contact and hope to book your home for the next visit.

I was very happy to find a last minute opening for my family and I to enjoy Labor day weekend cooling off in pool. NOT! Pool was dirty and after calling to complain found out pool pump was brock which owner and Kelly were aware of before renting to us. :( Kelly's advice was to clean ourselves and run the waterfall. BUT there was nothing to clean pool with. No brush only a broke pool net with holes. After going to store to buy a pool net the pump exploded from pressure of waterfall and we had to turn main line off. We cleaned pool the best we could in order to use but it was so much work that we only used pool once. House was nice and big but very dusty and in need of cleaning. We brought our own cleaning wipes which we used on entire house. Bathrooms were also very dirty and we had to use bleach to try and clean the nasty stains. Overall I wouldn't recommend this propriety unless your into cleaning for several hours and not having a working pool. Neither owner or agent offered anything except apologies.
