Beautiful, Family-Friendly, Clean & Cozy 3 BR Home

House was spacious and we'll kept. Beds were comfortable.

The house was not very clean. Found dirt and food under couch and floor under table. The backyard had weeds thigh high and cigarette butts on the ground. The patio furniture was cheap and not very comfortable. Bathroom floor had hair and dirt in every corner. I prefer not to have to clean before using.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well maintained & well stocked with both linens & bathroom essentials. Kristina, the host, was very hands on, responded quickly to any inquiries we had, & very kind.If the occasion arises in the future, we definitely would stay here again.

It was the perfect place. Peaceful neighborhood! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Loved it.

The home is decorated nicely and is very clean. My suggestion to the host is to provide a welcome instruction manual like other VRBO rentals so guests know how to use AC, tv’s etc and also to set check-out expectations. The reason for the 3 stars was due to our unfortunate booking/check in process. On our way to Arizona we realized that we had not received instruction for check in, so I contacted the host. The host advised us that we would not be able to check in because she had not been paid by VRBO for her last reservation. I was understanding and called VRBO for her and I was told that the host hadn’t filled out her paperwork correctly but that they assured she will get paid once she fills out and resends. I spent a lot of time on the phone with VRBO and the host. This was very stressful as the host continuously let us know we would not be staying there although we had already paid. She was by advised by VRBO that she would be responsible for paying our stay elsewhere (which could potentially be ver costly) so she ultimately let us stay when we arrived. Very stressful and inconvenient experience.
