Spacious duplex, all exterior and very bright with communal pool. 300 meters from the Downloader's Cove, 500 m. Of the Cala de Cala Flores and ten minutes, you are located in the heart of Cabo de Palos.

It is all exterior, very good ventilation so it is very cool in summer and warm in winter, without having to endure dampness.

We are located in Cala Flores, an urbanization of Cabo de Palos widely known for its tranquility, very well communicated at the time ofleaving and entering the motorway, thus avoiding the dreaded traffic queues.

About ten minutes walk you will find the Playa del Levante and the port, ideal for those who come to enjoy diving. We have two terraces of 12 meters for diving equipment and several coves to no more than five minutes on foot (Cala Flores, Cala del Arroyo and Cala Reona).
