Beautiful downtown Rehoboth Beach townhouse - 3 blocks to the beach/boardwalk.

I love staying at this place. It’s beautiful and you can walk everywhere. The pool is also great!

Place was safe, quiet, clean, beautiful. Perfect for 4 of us. my husband and i in the masters and my 2 children had 1 queen bed each in the 2nd bedroom. there was one bathroom however it was a jack and jill style connecting to the master and 2nd bedroom and as you come out of the bathroom it has its own sink where you can get ready after your shower, so it was ok for us. there is a toilet/half bath in the living area. we had coffee in the sitting area in the back garden. there is a spiral staircase going up to the bedrooms. the washer dryer was convenient to wash our towels and swimsuits. we used the pool every evening after coming from the beach. we walk to the boardwalk / rehoboth ave every evening for dinner. there are lots of food options in rehoboth ave. from the house we use the short cut of M and T bank and leads us to rehoboth ave so no need to drive to restaurants. you have to pay parking in rehoboth ave or the streets around the restaurants. the boardwalk itself is a 20 -25 minute walk for our family coz much to see. we had to drive and park to the beach coz our beach chairs and bags are heavy to carry to walk. we went to different beaches the whole time we were there, lewes and cape henlopen state park is like 20 mins, bethany is 20 mins and has nice cute town too. teh place is what we needed and we had fun

Great stay; the place has everything you need in the kitchen, and there's great parking for 2 cars under the balcony. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the back patios as well. It is a 12-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and neat and quiet!

Fantastic home in a great location. As a family of five we had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking quick meals, home is nicely appointed with quality furniture, cleaning supplies and starter supply of paper products. From the backside of the condo it was a quick ten minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay here. Very walkable location with coffee shop, vast dining options, and nightlife all just a short stroll away. The beach is a quick 10-12 minute walk from residence to the boards. I’ll look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is a great little condo! Our family of two adults and two kids was really enjoyed it for our one week stay. It is exactly as pictured in the listing — clean, not cluttered and well equipped. Great stuff: enough hooks/drawer/shelf space, nice pans, comfy beds, little extra house products if you forget yours, a place to lock your bikes, clean/nice pool, super friendly condo neighbors that give off friendly vibes. We used the patio and grill a few times which was cozy. Any time we wanted to eat or shop we just walked since it was so close. Lastly, the owner was really nice. We had to change our week which was quick and easy, and we also left an item in the condo which he spent a lot of time/effort recovering for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and well provisioned. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and in the outdoor patio. Feels secluded even though we are a few blocks from the beach. Great location and comes with two dedicated parking spots. Outdoor gas grill was awesome. Spacious enough for all the kids and parents to have their own space. A spiral staircase is used to go between floors.

We loved this place. Would definitely stay there again. It was extremely comfortable, clean, and well furnished for a lovely stay. The patio, with gas grill, were an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. Great location and convenient parking. I would not stay here if you have a problem climbing stairs due to spiral staircase.

The condo is such a great little spot for a quick weekend getaway. My friends and I loved the location - a quick walk to the main drag of Rehoboth. The condo was clean, well laid out, and cozy. We will definitely book again for next year!

I never imagined a VRBO without sheets and towels. Went to hotel instead.

Just got back from a few days in Rehoboth and stayed at David’s place. Very clean, well supplied, everything works and place is kept up to date so no old furniture, blankets etc. all good here. The one thing you have to take into consideration is the spiral staircase. Not good for children or adults who can’t climb a latter.

We had a great stay for a long weekend. Home was very clean and had all basic necessities (ex. Hand soap, hand towels, paper towels, toilet paper etc.). The location was perfect and within very short walking distance to Rehoboth Ave. without being in the super busy area. Would definitely stay here again!

I have vacationed many times in Rehoboth. This had to be THE BEST! Close to town and boardwalk entertainment! Laid back outside areas and access to the pool in the Summer.

My wife, daughter, and in-laws stayed here for a quick late-season trip to Rehoboth and had a great time. We loved the location (steps from Dogfish Head and a short walk to the boardwalk) as well as the two, free off-street parking spaces. It was a little challenging getting luggage and kids up/down the tight spiral staircase, but we appreciated having a private outdoor area and living room / hang out area large enough for everyone to be at the same time. We'll be back next time we head to the Delaware beaches!

We have stayed here in this unit before. We love the area and the home. Clean, and has items that you need while staying there. Close to all our favorite spots. Can’t wait to book again.

Communication with the owner, David, was excellent. Quick responses to all questions and concerns as well as detailed instructions on the unit. I stayed somewhat off-season (Labor Day +) and it was super quiet. The air conditioning worked beautifully. Did not utilize the pool, but loved the option just in case. The property is very walkable to the main streets and the boardwalk (about 3-4 blocks away). There was assigned parking at the unit which is definitely a bonus. This place was nicely decorated and truly felt cozy in every room. I would definitely stay again & highly recommend it for those who are good with spiral stairs - this may not be ideal for younger kiddos or those with mobility issues. The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. It was centrally located and close to many restaurants. Our 5 and 9 year old were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk and loved the pool too. As an added bonus, there were two playgrounds and a basketball court within a 10 minute walk. There was so much to do in Rehoboth and we can’t wait to return. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed at this property in August 2022 and loved it. 2023 we had a Disney trip planned so we didn’t make it to Rehoboth but this year we were back to our regular family vacation spot and knew this was the place we wanted to stay again. Luckily it was available and it did not disappoint just as our first stay. Dave is a great host, very responsive, and even brought a new propane tank to replace one that the previous guests used up the following morning after letting him know. He cares about the stay that guests have and we just could not ask for more in a place. We love the location, the community pool is great, and the townhouse itself is immaculate. We also love that it is use what previous guests have left and leave something for others type arrangement as well. We have already booked our stay here for next year!

Great condo, modern, with all the amenities, very clean, convenient location. Great pool. Quiet. Nice neighborhood for walks. Walkable to the beach but a car ride might be easier. Near lots of great restaurants and shops.The covered parking right outside your door couldn’t be more convenient for packing, unpacking, and going for a quick drive. Both an upper level balcony and ground level patio, with a grill ( which we didn’t use but, hey it’s there if you like to grill!). Host was great and responsive. The only words of caution: the spiral staircase makes it tricky for the clumsy, and there is only one shower so maybe not ideal for elderly or small children (or shower hogs). We would definitely stay here again, happily. And we likely will next year!

The house was extremely clean and the location was close to the awesome restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. I am looking to coming back next year.
