The exterior of this charming vacation home offers 360-degree panoramic views of the Gulffrom the upper balcony, covered parking, an enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold), a lower deck with outdoor benches, and a path offering a convenient direct to the beach and bike path access.



As you enter the first floor's open-concept living area, you are greeted by beachy decor in light and bright hues of blue and white. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a TV with cable and a DVD player, a stereo with a CD player, and open shelving with a generous selection of DVDs and books.



This home features a spacious layout of the house. From the living area, you can access the large screened porch facing the Gulf with plenty of seating and a dining table for four. Inside there is a farm style dining table that comfortably seats six. Entering the large kitchen, there is a breakfast bar for two and a center island. The well-equipped kitchen features lots of light and a door with direct access to the screened porch. This space looks out into the dining area and allows the chef to visit with everyone while preparing coastal feasts. Down the hall from the kitchen is a conveniently located laundry room with a washer/dryer.
