Beautiful dog-friendly home overlooking the beach with hot tub, WiFi, & AC

Hot tub cover rotted and broke in half when we moved it and wouldnt work. Half the lamps/ lights didnt function. Dirty dishes put up in cabinets and had to hand wash everything due to rusted out dishwasher. Rusty pots and pans, bring your own. All the beds were not made (upper bunks). Nails in driveway and cigarette butts everywhere even though its no smoking on property. Fan in master bedroom makes a horrible noise randomly when on. Only one TV functioning out of 2. Only 1 bedroom had tv. Screen door in front is totally missing glass out of the middle and door lock is difficult to get into.Best parts were the jetted tub and view. Thats it. It seems like they are trying to squeeze every dollar out of it without fixing anything. We would not rent this house again.

Victorian Dollhouse made me feel like Queen Victoria. This house has everything you could ever want or need. So comfortably accommodating! House is for sale and would buy if I were able to.

Great outdoor setup for beach access and storage.

Although this house has excellent location, we found that the condition of the house has been neglected. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was an excessive amount of spiders in all areas of the home. With a little TLC this house could be made into a very nice rental.

This was a very clean property. Getting to location was good and beach time was great.

Beautiful sunrises every day!! Just relaxed listening to ocean, completed puzzles, explored all villages and OBX. Great beach walks with dog owned the beaches, no one there!!!! Just too bad few restaurants open in winter down there!

The house was spotless when we arrived (though a bit outdated), and the view from the upper deck was tremendous. The kitchen was well-stocked for a week of cooking. Because we came in the off season, we often had our own private beach. We saw dolphins EVERY DAY, innumerable species of seabirds, and even a humpback whale slapping the sea in the far distance! The stargazing from the top deck was spectacular with many sightings of shooting stars. We had such a lovely week. I would highly recommend this stay.

Wonderful property and beach. Easy check in, and clean. Towels were provided which is wonderful, but they aren't a soft cotton. Bring towels. Great vacation, we would rent this house again..

This is our 3rd or 4th time and will be back. The top floor master suite and deck are the primary reason for choosing this home.

We've been staying here for the past seven years and will continue to do so next year. Great location and the local support for Vacasa is fantastic!!

The only thing I loved about this stay was the view from the top balcony.

Location isn’t terrible, it is a little bit of a hike to the beach. House was clean except for the floors. Hopefully they can fix many of the doors that were very difficult to open and the porch light that was burnt out. Overall it worked for us, but I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Overall not bad definitely needs new dishwasher. All the other appliances worked great. Tv remotes did not work. Get used to doing some walking as it is a little bit of a walk to the beach but definitely worth it. Also you will get your stair steps in. The view from upstairs balcony is awesome. The house overall is great and take advantage of Atlantic Rentals to get Kayaks for the week. Just a heads up they do not come with car carriers so either bring your own or plan on using them only at your beach and it’s a bit of haul to drag them down.
