Stayed Oct 30, 2025This home was awesome inside and out. In a nice, friendly and quiet neighborhood. Everything in the home was up to date not old. Host was very friendly and replied to messages promptly. Would stay here again for sure. Close to a grocery and drug store and fast food restaurants.

Stayed Oct 22, 2025Everything was in excellent condition. Clean with well appointed extras in the kitchen especifically. The pool was unusable do to lack of heat. Will not rent another VRBO again without checking that the pool is heated. Additionally, we had no control of the house heating/cooling, sleeping was disturbed by the hot room temperatures. Security system motion sensor in the bedroom flashed a bright light waking on or the other of us whenever the other person moved beyond the bed.

We traveled in for our son’s graduation and it was perfect! We were able to cook at the house and enjoy, the pool and have an amazing time!

Stayed Oct 2, 2024House is as advertised and more...great amenities, very clean, comfortable beds, awesome pool. Communication and responses from the host was quick...a pleasure to deal with them. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet community...very close to groceries (8 min) and restaurants in Goodyear (10-15 min). Would absolutely stay here again when back in Arizona.

Stayed May 21, 2024This house is great! The pool is not deep so its perfect for people who wanna lounge and socialize. The owners try to make your visit as comfortable and easy as possible. They even left a guide to the state and coupons for local attractions. I would definitely rent again
