Stayed Oct 17, 2024We enjoyed a comfortable quiet stay in DC for a long weekend. This adorable house appeared to be newly renovated and the decor was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. We used Uber and getting around town was seamless. The host was very accessible and answered questions quickly. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to DC.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Close to downtown, quite neighborhood and Jacob answered all the questions we had. It's a quick uber ride to downtown DC or a 15 walk to the station.

Stayed Jun 7, 2022We had a great time at Jacob's place. The house was clean and easily accommodated 5 adults and 4 children. Having a designated parking place was a plus. Jacob regularly checked in with us with events in the area and was responsive to all our needs. We'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 5, 2022The property was nice and the location to DC was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies. The bedrooms are small, and outlets are very limited. Windows in one room would not close tight so did not try to force them. The shower in the main bedroom was extremely small, hardly enough room to even turnaround. Kitchen was well stocked, and appliances are new. The internet was fast, and TV was new, still had the plastic on it. The couches were terrible and never meant to be sat on. That left no seating in the main room for anything. Dining table was fine and had 6 chairs which provided the only seating in the main room. The property manager was extremely nice and always available. He provided dining options and helped with the limited parking. Jacob was the most responsive manager that I have worked with on VRBO. Thanks, Jacob, for all your help. The property was everything you could provide based on what was available.
