Beautiful Custom Home Centrally Located Near The University of Oregon

We loved the home and the area. We were very surprised by the driveway which was a bit challenging for some elders, but we managed. My only recommendation would be that if you say it sleeps 10, then you should have silverware for 10 and seating for 10. That being said...it is a lovely home and we would stay there again !

Staying at Amanda’s was great! A comfortable house with an accommodating host

Beautiful home and was exactly as shown in pictures. Very comfortable beds and bedding, also very clean! The owner quickly responded to any questions we had prior to check in and during our stay. The home is located 6 mins from Univ of Oregon by car (not walkable) and was an easy commute to campus. The driveway is steep, but you are able to park in the garage, so this was not an issue for us. We will definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for us. It was clean and comfy and right around the corner from family. It was close to restaurants, to downtown, to wineries, to hiking and picnic areas, and to the coast. We enjoyed our stay.

We really like this house and have rented it before. It is a really nice house, love the decor, layout, super clean and very well stocked. Amanda was really great to work with and super helpful. We will definitely be renting this again (if it’s available, books up quickly). Go Ducks!!

This was the perfect place for me and my family to stay while I worked as a travel nurse. The location is nice and quiet, the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is fantastic for making home-cooked meals. I would 100% stay here again.

The house was beautiful and was everything we needed. Great location and beautiful views The host was quick to respond and very accommodating of our needs.

Amanda's place is wonderful, and was absolutely perfect for our use case. We had family members traveling to Eugene from Texas and California to see our 11-year old relative perform in a community theater production. Amanda's place was just as advertised, very clean, everything worked -- we DEEPLY appreciated the coffee that was there for us. The back patio provided a wonderful gathering place. We didn't try out the hot tub but that will be for next time. Directions for accessing the property were clear, as were the house rules. I had to do a bit of work over the weekend and really appreciated the separate study. A high point of the stay was a hike with my step-son into and around beautiful Hendricks Park -- there are trail heads into the park less than a mile from this house. Although the house is not in the middle of Eugene, it is very conveniently located near the freeway so downtown was just a few minutes away, and all the places we went were within 17 minutes drive (including the airport). We will definitely be back!
