Beautiful & Cozy, BMT Friendly near SeaWorld 3mi/Six Flags 14mi/Lackland 8mi

Home was very beautiful, decorated nicely and clean, secure and well stock with essential items. Close to Lackland, AFB, restaurant and stores. Neighbors were respectful and welcoming. I love the master bedroom bathroom. TV upstairs should be upgraded, they were really small and one room did not have a TV. Overall home was pleasant and owner was responsive when we needed to reach out. Thank you for your help!

The home was beautiful. Our host was well prepared, we had everything we needed. There was one issue in a bathroom and it was taken care of the next day. My grandson loved the home so much he asked if we could nove in. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and cozy. Perfect for our family's stay. Wish the air would have been already on when we got there... it was 87 degrees in the house! Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Overall good experience. A few very minor issues but no more than most people would have if they were staying in their own home.

Everything was explained thoroughly from start to finish. Easy check in. Great communication. Full kitchen, didn’t use it much but everything worked well. There’s a keurig style AND drip coffee machine- loved this bc I prefer drip and it’s rare to have both options. Excellent all the way.

This house is very clean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Patio is a peaceful place to relax after an adventurous day. Communicating with Stan, excellent. Would highly recommend.

The property was great. It was just as described. We had trouble with the alarm code but I the issue was immediately resolved. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our family stayed for a my son’s graduation of Air Force BMT. Property is clean and charming. Location was very easy to get to Lackland, and down to the Riverwalk.

Kitchen was well stocked so we could make a few meals. Enjoyed the patio! Water pressure was a little low for showers but manageable. We would stay again! Too bad you can’t do anything about the San Antonio traffic!

A wonderful place to stay for our family during Christmas. Stan & Marie were very accommodating especially with extra help when we left important items behind! Really Appreciative!

Staying over long weekend for National sporting clays competition. Comfortable beds, close to gun club, would stay again!

Communication with Stan was superb! House was as expected from pictures. Close enough to the airport and Lackland, which were the two primary places we frequented.

Great house, great neighborhood!! Close to just about anything you would need. We stayed 6 nights, as we were in town for our son’s graduation. Stan was prompt with communication, we had a small issue, but he took care of it quickly, within an hour. He was great, and let us know when he finished up, and left the house! I hate giving four stars, because he uses a cleaning service, but the floors and corner rounds needed some extra attention. When I mentioned to him about the cleaning he was on top of it to get with his cleaners. The only other thing, the beds were a little uncomfortable, but I feel that is to each person’s preference. Recommend staying here!! Great host!

Property was clean and everything in place. Close to sea world and many dining areas. Home was a little old but was kept really well. We did see couple instances of roaches but did not notice infestation. Being in TX we have seen few so thats ok with me with food leftovers and doors left open all the time. Stan is very responsive on text and was very kind to provide us with an airmattress when requested. We couldnt use it ultimately since beds had trundle! They have 2.5 shower which was not a problem for us but for all adult groups it might be! All in all a very nice property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This might be place to stay for all future visits. This is an hour from Fredricksburg and Natural Caverns and away from all the traffic downtown!! 5 Stars for location/Communication/property.

The location to Sea World was convenient. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home! I liked that it had an alarm system. We would definitely book again.
