This coastal vacation home is a gem hidden across the street from the beach in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. This corner unit townhome offers all the comforts of home while being just a short walk from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll love kicking back in the living room to watch your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV after a day at the beach. The full kitchen has ample countertops and cabinet storage and a full suite of stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher. You can serve up to four dinner guests at the dining table while the kids swing their feet from the four breakfast bar stools. The main bedroom is large and the bathrooms feature beautiful tile work. The backyard is the perfect spot for cookouts with friends. Take advantage of the free WiFi to research a new beach adventure or download a good playlist to your device for a visit to the shared amenities that include a pool and tennis court.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall, the place and set up was generally comfortable and location was perfect, however this place was dirty and disappointing. There’s dirt on the walls, water stains on ceiling, holes in the wall, ants, carpet was disgusting covered in dog pee when we first arrived, dog pee on walls and baseboards, mold in the upstairs tub, the front door sticks and takes multiple times to get to open. With an actual thorough cleaning and patch work this place would be amazing. The only reason I gave extra stars was the property management was amazing and responsive and handles the pee soaked carpet and smell quickly.
We would not book this place again. This place was not completely cleaned, had small bugs in kitchen sink, sex toys were found in the bedroom downstairs. We had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies, so that we could clean the things that were not cleaned.
House was located in a small community. The pool was perfect for our 3 year old as she could touch the bottom in the shallow end. The house was nice but could have been a little better. A lot of the dishes needed to be washed before using(more on previous guests). There was also a lot of mosquito like bugs flying around in the shower area. We tried to get rid of them but it seemed as they multiplied faster. They more of a nuisance than anything. With that being said, we would definitely return to this townhouse.
