Stayed Apr 25, 2025The cottage is well located for accessing the stunning coastline and beautiful countryside Pembrokeshire offers. It’s set off a busy road which means there is some traffic noise and it’s not in a cute village if that’s the vibe you are looking for but it suited us for trips to Fishguard, St David’s, Newgale Beach, NT Stackpole Estate and the stunning coastal paths to Barrafundle and Broad Haven. The barn was comfortable, we slept really well, very spacious and well equipped. WiFi was god enough for two adults WFH.The owners provide lots of useful information on the local area with maps.Delicious Welsh cakes on arrival were a nice touch.Thank you!

Stayed Apr 16, 2025This converted barn in Roch was ideally located for visiting all the wonderful things that Pembroke has to offer. We travelled to Fishguard in the north and as far as Martins Haven in the south where we took a boat trip to Grassholm to see all the Gannets. Picton Castle and Garden is close by and there are castles galore to visit not to mention the fantastic beaches in the area. I would also highly recommend Paternoster Farm for a unique and special culinary experience which was worth every penny. The cottage was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay with a well equipped kitchen though we ate out most of the time. The hosts were very helpful and even provided some Welsh cakes for our arrival. I would certainly stay here again if we visit Pembroke in the future and would highly recommend both the cottage and Pembroke for a perfect holiday.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025We stayed for 4 nights in Meadow Barn. The barn is lovely and the welcome box, milk and cakes from the owners was a lovely touch. The barn has everything you expect from a holiday home, we especially liked the conservatory, great for storing boots and cleaning the dog. The electric fire in the lounge/diner makes it very cosy. The bed was really comfortable and kitchen was really well equipped. The barn is located in a great place to explore Pembrokeshire. We particularly loved Newgale beach, Druidstone beach, Solva, St David’s, Broad Haven, Stackpole Quay and Barafundle Bay. Please note that there is no longer a shop in Roch so make sure you purchase anything you need either in Haverfordwest for a bigger supermarket or there are two local garages less than 10 minutes drive from the barn.We loved our stay and can fully recommend the barn especially for dog owners as the barn has its own secure garden.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024The property is well located in the middle of Pembrokeshire, 30mins max away from all main must dos and must sees in Pembrokeshire. The host is very knowledgeable and gave us loads of advices about things to do with our children. The property is very well equipped and the encolsed garden was perfect for our young dog.dog.equipedchildren.

Stayed Apr 25, 2024We enjoyed our stay very much. Paul and Juliet converted this barn into a top class holiday home. Close to beaches and everything what Pembrokeshire is famous for. Go for the puffins on Skomer Island (between April and August).
