Stayed Jan 1, 2022Our group loved staying at the Morrison. Well appointed, spacious and quiet, it was perfect for our group. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the pool deck. The outside area doesn't get a lot of shade and can get quite warm, but that was fine for us. Roger, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Jun 12, 2021Overall, this house is a great find. Located in an immaculately-maintained gated community, it has a spacious open plan, three large comfortable bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms), a well-stocked kitchen, garage parking, a beautiful pool deck, and quirky original artwork throughout. One great thing about this house is the pool area is completely private despite the houses being so close together. If you're looking for a no-tan-lines experience, this is the place for you. We were there during the heat wave of June/July 2021 and the AC never faltered - we were cool and comfortable. Please note, if you're sensitive to the sun: there's pretty much zero shade on the pool deck, which is south/west facing. There are a couple of small umbrellas that really don't do much and a large umbrella that is awkwardly placed and not movable. Roger, the property manager, is easy to reach by text, and helpful and responsive to all questions/concerns. He met us at the house at check-in to show us around and get us acquainted with everything. All things considered, we had a great stay here and would stay again in the future.

Stayed Dec 1, 2020What we loved: • unique, original artwork throughout • beautifully furnished • large master bedroom, bathroom, closet and desk area - perfect for working remotely • second master bedroom, very comfortable • outdoor space - very comfortable to spread out and enjoy, even during lockdown! There was plenty of comfortable seating and nice umbrellas • well stocked - linens, pool towels, even paper goods were plentiful • the spectacular mountain views! • home is centrally located - within easy biking distance to Ruth Hardy Park and about a 20-30 minute ride to Demuth Park • Roger was available to welcome us and help as needed
