Beautiful construction with Ocean views and sunset deck.

The property indicated that it was pet friendly, but the rental property was not a gated rental property. Thank God I left my dog at home. The kitchen requires pots and pans that are safe to use. I had to cook my food in pots. The pans were not safe to use. Several of the ceilings were not working such as in the living area and bedrooms. The microwave was not working properly. The dryer requires maintenance. Does not dry clothes, unless you waste your time drying a small load of bathing suits and a few towels for 4 hours. I was required to throw garbage in bags outside in their garbage cans, but when I arrived and took pictures all of the trash cans were filled with trash and debris and no bags. The property manager and maintenance crew should have remedied that situation before I arrived. The drawer cabinet in the kitchen that contained the hidden trash, needed some DW-40. Really hard to open and close. The pantry had a can of paint that in my opinion shouldn't have been left there. When I book and travel, I still want to cook for my guest, and I expect decent cookware and utensils. I bring my food and drinks, so I expect accommodated areas such as pantry and refrigerator to be vacant and clean from debris, so I can place and store my items properly. The barbeque pit was not clean. There was a door unhinged and just left there in the wash out area downstairs and it was also a very dirty area. I have grandchildren and it was not a safe area to rinse out sand. Inconvenienced!

Vrbo never gave the code to get into the house had to get it from the host the next day so lost out on a whole day

The owner charged us for damage we did not cause. Only 2 towels were provided. The downstairs bathroom was filthy and unusable. I feel like I was ripped off.

My family of 13 stayed here and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful and very close to the beach, and the ability to use the golf cart is a huge plus. Would highly recommend

The house is really nice, however the cleaning lady needs to be replaced with someone who cleans, skillets had food stuck to them, the microwave and cabinet that it’s in was filthy, kids room stayed hot due to fan not moving any air at all.. ended up putting a portable fan in the room for the kids. We also had to finish the laundry before taking showers… none of this is the owners fault but issues that need to be addressed

We rented the house to hold 10 family members for my daughter’s wedding at Crystal Beach Villa. I was able to prepare all of the cupcakes for the rehearsal dinner and decorate the wedding cake in the spacious kitchen before the wedding Saturday. There were ample comfy beds, enough room in the frig. For drinks and basics, plus all my cake decorating stuff. Not alot of closet space to hold 4 gowns, 3 suits, etc but we managed. Great hang- out spot in livingroom, huge dining table to eat, and do crafts with kids. We had a great time and it was 5 minutes to the venue and back for decorating, dressing, etc. Good restaurants nearby- Tiki Hut, Nauti Beaver and Down Under were fun! Owner was easy to text with.

Perfect location! House was very nice and loved how it was decorated. Thanks for a great weekend for my daughters and friends.

Great location ! Short walk to the beach . Ali was very helpful and reply in timely manner .will definitely come back again.

Overall we loved the place! Just concerned about the cleanliness. Light fixtures had black mold around them. We were met with lot of ants. Used the Home Defense bug spray that was under the sink to create a barrier against the ants around the house. Trash was found in the night stand. Toilet paper roll holder was off the wall and in a drawer. Not enough paper towels and toilet paper. Not enough trash bags. Someone’s dirty socks from previous visitors were left in another room. We had to tighten a door handle in one of the bedrooms. The laundry room door doesn’t shut all the way.

Overall the stay was great for me and my family. It is at a good location with parking in rear and front and both roads have beach access which is nice when driving to the beach. The house layout is great for a somewhat larger group so that was nice. The proeprty needed a bit more cleaning, but not that big of a deal. The golf car wasn't operational, but we had another cart so it worked out. The washer or dryer (can't remember which one) made a bad noise, but we made it work. Ali, the property manager was very attentive and responsive !!
