Beautiful Connestee Falls Home w/ Porch in Brevard

Beautiful home and well equipped to make relaxing stay. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. Would certainly recommend to others that they will not regret staying at property and we would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

Enjoyed all the amenities! Clean and well stocked! Screened porch was very nice. Owner communication was wonderful. Kept us informed of all the fun community activities.

My wife and I loved the house. It felt like we like were living in a forest. The house was very comfortable and lacked for nothing. The property owners were attentive and very friendly. We played golf, hiked the forest trails, and had dinner at the clubhouse. Everyone we met made us feel welcome.

We spent two weeks here to celebrate our 45th anniversary. Great location near the east entrance. Isolated, private but close enough to Brevard. Nicely furnished. We enjoyed the trails and waterfalls within Connestee Falls and in the area, as well as the Brevard Music Festival. I would stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Connestee Falls. The home’s location is convenient within the neighborhood and it is easy to get to downtown Brevard. Everything was clean and the hosts were very communicative, even going so far as to provide recommendations for things to do and forwarding community emails about events happening during our stay! The only downside to our stay was poor internet service, which I know can’t always be helped due to the remote location and the service provider. When the WiFi worked, it was very slow and not reliable. If the purpose of your trip is to unplug and relax, then this wouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately, we were trying to close a property sale and had to drive into town in order to access the documents we needed to sign, which was frustrating. I know this is not the owner’s fault, but it would have been helpful to know this might be an issue before we booked. Other than that, everything was lovely!

This house has everything you could think of when traveling. The kitchen and bath were well outfitted- they've thought of everything you may have forgotten. Very clean and we loved the screened in back porch! Quiet for reading or having dinner with friends...

We had a great time in and around the area and the this vacation cottage rental made it all possible. Excellent communication and orientation prior to arrival. Equipped with all we needed for our 5 night stay. Great neighborhood. -recommended!

Paula couldn't have been more helpful and was quick to respond to all calls. The house was very clean and comfortable and the community had a lot to offer for families - pool, tennis, pickle ball and a lovely park and lake very close to the house. Not a great place to walk with two lane roads which were curvy and often steep. Although it's only nine miles from Brevard, the roads are mountainous and dark so we were reluctant to venture out at night. The house is conveniently located to visit state parks and numerous waterfalls.

To start, the property owner was great with communication. She made sure we were all ready to check in before our trip. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even the pull-out couch was comfortable to sleep on. It was too cold for us to spend time outside, but there is a great porch here if the weather is better. We would definitely stay here again!

A very peaceful and relaxing vacation sitting on the back porch, snuggled up in blankets watching the leaves fall. It was just what we needed. The cabin is just as described, well-equipped, tranquil and beautfiul.
